A cute and clean place. Right in the center of the city, very convenient. The checkin and checkout process are easy. The hosts are friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

This was an ideal spot to land in Hanoi. This boutique hotel is out of the mad fray of the old quarter, but easily walkable to it. There are some great food and coffee options right around the corner. All of the bathroom fixtures were new and worked very well, hot water and AC all worked great. One thing to be aware of, the rooms face two directions, the rear of the building, (the Zen side) or the front. The rear of the building rooms offer more quiet, as they face another building. But if you are a person who wants windows, you may ask if that side of the building is available for your stay. But what great hosts and communication! From pre check in (including arranging a pick up at the airport) to check in, to communication during the stay, these hosts were the most responsive and considerate hosts.
