Diane's home away from home was very comfortable and inviting. Our stay was only four days and I don't believe I saw everything there was to see. It was awesome to see Diane's lovely paintings in almost every room. She communicated quickly and was very helpful to explain the entertainment in the area. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful suite ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Jackie’s charming 1780s farmhouse in Uxbridge, MA! From the moment we arrived, Jackie made us feel right at home—she greeted us at the door and gave us a brief tour of the house, which truly looks like it belongs in a storybook. The home is beautifully preserved and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout. Jackie stocked the kitchen with everything we needed for a light breakfast—milk, coffee, tea, yogurt, scones, and oatmeal—which was perfect for our short stay. She also put together a detailed guidebook with local recommendations, and we’re so glad we followed her suggestion to try UXLOCALE—it was absolutely incredible. Only about an hour outside of Boston, the area was peaceful, scenic, and a perfect little getaway. As an added bonus, we got to meet her two adorable dogs in the morning, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay with a touch of history and charm!

Absolutely fantastic. Mike and Karin were wonderful hosts: the place was exactly as advertised, plus with a great list of local recommendations. The whole block is really lovely ^ filled with birdsong in the mornings as soon as you step outside or open a window. I had the pleasure of bumping into the two once each and having very pleasant conversations. They both independently recommended a restaurant for excellent sandwiches (which it did have, very much!) and a few other great coffee shops. Great Airbnb, thanks again!

We can’t say enough about how grateful we are for Linda’s hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s a warm and gracious host who genuinely cares about her guests—and it shows in every thoughtful detail. Our dog absolutely loved exploring the beautiful grounds, and we loved waking up to the view of the pond and fresh coffee. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and Linda surprised us with birthday treats—such a kind and memorable gesture! She truly goes above and beyond. Her home is perfectly located near Watch Hill and everything Westerly has to offer.

Brian's place is great once you get inside! The bed is super comfy and meets the expectations of other comments that agreed, and the bathroom has good hot water for both the shower and bath. Please be mindful that it isn't in the best surrounding area, so if you are planning on walking around and into downtown, keep this in mind. If you are driving or Ubering, then it won't be an issue. It was a great stay nonetheless!

For context, I was attending a workshop at Brown school of professional studies. The location and accommodations were perfect. Having a parking spot was a game changer and really appreciated. It was 12 min walk with coffee shops along the way, accessible restaurants nearby. A new Trader Joe’s nearby makes it easy have basics. The unit had a desk where I could work, a living space that was comfortable to unwind. And a well stocked Kitchenette. The host has detailed clear instructions and has every detail of care - a few breakfast bars a yoga mat (!) which I appreciated after a long drive. Lots of windows! Thank you for you care and attention to detail - I totally appreciated it.

Given it was Boat Week, the cost was reasonable. The place is very centrally located. Walkable to most things. Communication was great. We arrived a little early - no issues. Left a little late - again, no issues. Very flexible. Would stay again next time we are in Newport.

The place was everything we needed for the few days we needed to be there, and we were happy to find how close a good grocery store was, as well as some decent places to eat. Everything we needed was there. Only once did I fail to find something I wanted (a cookie sheet), and perhaps it was there and I just didn't find it. We'd gladly use this location again.

Cathy’s guest house was beautiful, everything was exactly as pictured. The hot tub was the perfect perk and really added to our weekend, plus we loved how private it was and you still get a great view overlooking the water. Cathy met with us on arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to Newport!

If you are looking to stay in the Massachusetts area I 100% recommended this Airbnb. It’s such a cute and quiet little neighborhood and the Airbnb itself was wonderful. Everything was very clean, and I felt right at home. Also super close by to convenience stores, grocery stores and restaurants which is another plus! Ryan was a fabulous host, very responsive and so kind. Whenever I come back to Massachusetts I will definetly rent again!

Amazing stay. Restaurants, shops, bars, etc all within 10 minutes walking distance. The room is extremely cozy making us feel like we were right at home. Katie gave us many recommendations and was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. Will definitely look to book again next time visiting Newport!

Gwenda is a great host- she was proactive, friendly, and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction. The apartment was pristine with a sunny comfortable sitting area, a just-what-you-need kitchen, big, bright and clean bathroom with fluffy towels and a comfortable bed and quiet bedroom. Bristol is a sweet little town well worth a visit all on its own or as an easy jumping off point for Newport or Providence.

What an amazing space - I love historic houses and especially love old carriage houses, especially when they're restored as beautifully as this one. It had that cozy 1899 era feel like you were stepping back in time, but everything was renovated to modern day standards and decorated with a fitting kind of nautical vibe to match the history + area. George was a fantastic host, sweet enough to check in after the first night and immediately responsive, very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer than just a few nights, but hope to have the opportunity to come back!
