Mansion vacation rentals in Newport

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Za’s with our 1 year old. Cant wait to visit again in the summer!

Everything was great at the location. I currently a house in the area, but wanted a bigger place for my family to visit. Kitchen came with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner including plates, cups, utensils. We really didn't need to buy much outside of a few things. I wasn't aware there was a section for kids, or a room set up for kids. I may have missed that when booking, but it was a pleasant suprise to see they had a room already ready for my young nephew setup for children. My only problem was that the office downstairs did not have a power cable for the monitor or video cable to connect to it. The office space downstairs is nice with an adjustable desk and computer chain, but for working remotely I did not have anyway to connect to the monitor so I had to provide my own power cable for the monitor and video cable. Outside that, it is a beautiful home and the neighboor is really in a nice area. If you need a bigger spot, this place definitely will fit the bill.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

The lake views are absolutely stunning especially in the fall. We paid to have the pool heated later in the season and did not regret it as we spent hours hanging in and outside the pool. Don’t hesitate to book your next fall trip here!

Megan's place was not only picture perfect but Megan was an outstanding host. I have stayed at many Airbnbs and she by far was one of the best hosts. I would most definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting Narragansett. The location was perfect and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The house was impeccable, we wished we had more time to spend here but will absolutely be back..

We just got back from our stay in Middletown. Traveled with my husband, 2 kids, and parents. We each were able to have our own room and there was plenty of space in the kitchen and living area as well. The place was very clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool (salt water) and hot tub as well. House is walkable to many great restaurants and to first beach. Very close to downtown Newport and the cliff walk etc. Definitely would recommend staying here if you want to stay a little bit outside of downtown Newport, want easy parking and access to the beach, and want more space than a hotel room!

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

Rented the Drake House for our son's wedding in Newport. There were 8 of us there and we were not cramped, very roomy. I had to make 130 Whoopie Pies for the reception and the kitchen island was ideal. I did bring my own baking supplies (cookie sheets and mixer, etc) but had asked ahead about supplies. Lee was very responsive to questions. Also, groom's attendants came to the house to have lunch and get ready, the large living space and kitchen table were perfect. The location was great only 10 min drive to downtown Newport and easy to navigate. Some great choices nearby, Wedding Welcome Party was at Rejects Brewery and which was right around the corner. Although it rained, it was a great stay.

Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

The accommodations were absolutely perfect for our family arriving to attend our daughter’s wedding. The close proximity from TF Greene Airport was appreciated after their 5hr flight. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, good for walking and with a playground across the street for the children. The updated kitchen was perfect to host a dinner for our guests. We also rented the extra space, a 3rd floor apartment which also allowed for more privacy yet total access to the main home. This Victorian splendor had ample gathering spaces for everyone to socialize comfortably. Our family loved the front porch. We sat outside to enjoying the gorgeous New England weather, sipping a beverage, eating a snack (or meal) and socializing with each other. Our overall experience was perfect. It was fun to be within walking distance of the Universities of Brown and RISD. We couldn’t have chosen a better way to host our guests.

Elan and Jocelyn were great hosts. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. It was so nice to walk in and have fresh flowers waiting for us. They were incredibly responsive to any questions we had!

We were in town for a family wedding at the Vineyard only a mile away. So the location was perfect! So nice we could stay together. The house is lovely. Decorated simply and efficiently. The weather was perfect and so peaceful sitting out on the deck! Checkout was a breeze! We will definitely return.

Extremely beautiful location in Point Judith! We had a great family trip with more than enough space for our family. Gregg was very helpful with recommendations and responsive to any questions. The house was very beautiful with lots of light and airy feeling.

This house is amazing. She thought of everything: electronic plugs everywhere, makeup mirrors in every room, lots of towels, lots of toilet paper, beach towels, beach chairs. Highly recommend!

Six of us came for our college reunion and were blown away by the amazing house. It was comfortable and charming. Enough room for solo time and communal time. Wonderful location and all the amenities.

we can't thank Nicole enough for hosting may family during a very difficult time. We all had to gather together last minute because of my nephew's passing, and being able to all stay together in the same home was invaluable. the place was easy to find, extremely spacious, very clean, and beautifully appointed. we all felt immediately at home.

Host was responsive and accommodating. Great way to visit Newport!

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

Lovely trip to Newport. Location of this house is perfect. Everything was clean and nice and super super easy communication. We forgot some small items and the hosts went above and beyond to mail them back to us.Great stay.

I cannot say enough about how great our time was in this beautiful house and setting. We spent Thanksgiving ‘24 here with our 5 adult children and 2 grandkids ages 10 mos.and 8 yrs old. 9 of us all together plus a med. size dog. The place was so spacious, well laid out, had everything we could want and more. There was everything provided for the needs for the baby which was icing on the cake. Also very dog friendly. There are beautiful views of the lake from the many windows. There are kayaks, a fire pit, volleyball net. The host was so accommodating and helpful and always got back to me very quickly. We are hoping to be able to come back and enjoy this fantastic home again. Thank you to Daniela and Miguel

Ashley’s place was incredible! My fiancé and I stayed there the week of our wedding and it was everything we needed! The home was beautiful and comfortable, while the backyard was incredible! Our senior dog love it as well! We had some family over the day before the wedding and everyone loved the space too. We can’t wait to be back soon!

Fantastic location! House has everything you need for your home away from home. Clean and the best home if you are bringing your dog!! Fenced in yard and even a dog dish if you forget to pack your dogs. I would highly recommend!

Kenneth’s place was outstandingly outfitted with amenities, coffee, popcorn, extra pantry staples, small appliances like coffee machines (plural), extra towels, and everything we would need to spend a leisurely weekend for a wedding. The five queen beds were split into two could-be separate apartments, so the couple had a nice top apartment to themselves while the three adult women had the ground floor with its spacious living room and kitchen. The AC worked wonderfully. The backyard had hammock swing chairs and adirondacks under a big tree. All in all a very comfortable, organized, spacious stay!
