Vacation rentals with a home theater in Newport

Charlie's place in Middletown was a fantastic stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. Charlie was a great, responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

We had an amazing stay. My cousin was getting married at Newport Beach House - and this location was perfect. And it allowed me to bring my furry BFF along! Lisa also helped me secure an early check in so I could make it to the wedding festivities on time. I would stay again and 100% would recommend to friends & family! Looked exactly as pictured, great spot for couple. Easy walk to beach and Newport Cliff Walk. Downtown Newport 5-7 minute drive.

This was a last minute booking and Karen was amazing!! She reached out to me right away and I was able to secure this place on one of the busiest weekends in Newport!! The place was the absolute perfect location, I did not have to move my car once. The space itself was very spacious and had a lot of light for a basement dwelling. Very cute. I’m so excited. I have found a new place to stay in Newport every time I come and visit. Thank you, Karen for being such a gracious host.

Great stay! Easy Clean Comfortable Accurately described Would stay again

This is a very nice cottage right across the road from the beach. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the beds are comfortable, too. We were just in the area for a memorial service in October, and hope we can return sometime in warmer weather. We were able to walk the beach before a very long ride home, and we were extremely grateful for that opportunity. Nicholas was very kind and helpful, and I/we all appreciated his flexibility.
