My stay at the armchair sailor was amazing. The host was fantastic and very communicative. We really appreciated the recommendations and flexibility on check in/ check out. We loved everything about the place. The location was excellent. The space was just the right size for the two of us and it was well appointed. We were very happy there and will be returning on our subsequent visits to Newport.

Cute home in a quiet neighborhood. Description and pictures were accurate and representative. Lots of steps to second floor, but stairs were sturdy and safe. Julie provided easy to follow directions for entry and parking. We had no challenges during our stay, so no additional communication was needed. Place was very clean and perfect for our stay.
