Great place to stay, everything we needed and loved the addition of the Christmas tree! thanks for a lovely time. Parking was generally okay but struggled to find a spot to begin with

We will definitely want to book again, a very quiet area and a really cosy flat. It was so clean and comfortable. Paula was an excellent communicator and we loved the nice decor and homely touches. We were there in December and were delighted by the addition of a Christmas tree and all of the festive decorations. It is clear a lot of thought has gone in to making the guest experience as good as possible.

Lovely flat with great views over harbour. It was so easy to get everywhere, not just within Whitby to the shops, beach, pier etc but also for transport to other areas. We parked up on arrival at Pannett Park then just left the car there for the whole week. We got buses to Staithes, Runswick Bay, Sandsend and Robin Hood's Bay. There were also buses and trains going to the North York Moors so you don't really need a car to get anywhere. The flat itself was very clean, tidy and well appointed . The beds and huge sofa were extremely comfortable.

The accomodation was fully equipped and well thought out. Ray was on hand if needed an excellent host but unobtrusive. The accomodation was extremely comfortable for one person and dog friendly. I would not hesitate to return as the accomodation is well placed for walking the Cleveland Way and the North East Coast. Moreover there is an excellent bus service to the coastline. A most enjoyable stay thanks to Ray for making my stay extremely comfortable.
