Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. This was the first and last stop of our trip, and it was so nice to return to a welcoming, familiar place. The host is very sweet, and we had everything we needed. Quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located near trails and the city. It was the ideal way to start and end our Newfoundland adventure.

Julian's place is in a fantastic location for us as it was close to places we were visiting. Walking distance to downtown and short drives to Signal Hill, Cape Spear and the Basilica. It was great having a parking space provided! The basic amenities were provided, and was overall clean! There was a good amount of dishes, cups and glasses available for use as well. Coffee and green tea were provided, which we greatly appreciated. Julian was friendly and quick when communicating with us. Lastly, it was easy to check in and check out. Would definitely recommend his place!

Great place to stay and Andrea is a great host. Andrea mixed up the dates and thought we were coming Saturday instead of Friday so we did have to wait once we arrived. However, we didn’t wait too long, and she allowed us to stay past check out time the next morning and to keep all of our things there until we had a chance to grab them after our event. I would strongly recommend Andrea and her place.
