Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

Off the porch is a sink with running water, but as part of the compound all amenities are available incl full washroom. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The BUNKY is located next to the Cabin, Barn and Teepee on the property.

Two of us with our 2 small dogs had a great stay at the beach house! Great location close to trails and on the beach. Kayla was a wonderful hostess and even let us depart a little later. This place is right on the boardwalk with steps down to the beach. One morning we even saw sheep grazing on a hill by the beach. So many thoughtful extras including Gross Morne coffee, books on the area to browse, and even local art and vamps you could purchase made the stay so special. This place is immaculate and cozy. The beds were comfortable with hotel quality duvets and sheets and pillows and the kitchen had everything you could want. Comfortable seating in the living room was more for 2 or 3 max, something to keep in mind. We didn’t want to leave, it was perfect for us!

April was an excellent host and her place worked perfectly for us. The instructions were very clear in how to get there and she even gave us a set of keys in case we had some trouble with the lock. Best place in the Bellevue area hands down! Check out the Chance Cove hiking trail a few kms away. Beautiful surroundings! Lots of extras too that’s you never expect in a typical air bnb! If you’re the outdoors type or just the sit and chill type this place is for you. The coolest part of the stay had to be the unique fire pit, and other custom made things around the property Jindra’s husband made. And the art Jindra made, I took pictures of it all for inspiration and making some art myself!
