An absolutely one of a kind space for entertaining; well appointed layout, large windows with solar gains, a kitchen for those who love to cook, generous oceanfront patio, gym, high end sound system, toys & things for kids, 1 acre of land, private parking & an entire beach at your doorstep, to savour. The difference is in the details we believe & we think our guest's will notice those details right away.

We loved our stay. We could see the water from the kitchen. She has beautiful local artwork and books out. We felt at home as soon as we walked in and she was very quick to respond.

Hello Everyone, We stayed at Krista’s place for two nights and we had the best experience. The place was super clean and it felt like home. If you are visiting St. John’s, you must stay at this place as the host is super friendly. She responded to her messages every time. We got clear instructions on how to check in and check out. The place smelled great as the host used a nice room freshener. This was our second experience in an Airbnb and it was thousand times better than our previous one. I wish this host the best and I hope she owns many more places like this. 🤗

Stop looking, you found the spot. Patsy and Chelsey were amazing hosts, they were so helpful throughout our stay. The space was warm and inviting, and we had everything we needed. Locating the house after sundown was tricky but Chelsey and Patsy were quick to respond and were able to direct us within minutes. Note: stick to the directions given during check in rather than using GPS. The highlight of our stay was sharing a seafood dinner for 6 in the dining room, bought fresh from Foggy Shoals in Bonavista! Thank you, Patsy and Chelsey, for having us.

This AirBnB is a lovely home on Quidi Vidi lake. We were a group of 8, in town for a family member’s graduation and found the house to be excellent. We really enjoyed how accessible the house was to downtown, the quietness of the area, and how the house was the perfect size for our larger group. The house was very clean and the hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was a great place for us to unwind after a busy week of graduation events and was certainly much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel given the great kitchen and space for us to spread out. Would certainly recommend this property.
