Monthly Rentals in New York

I’ve stayed here before and Sarah’s place it always clean, modern appliances, and comfy bedding/decor!

To echo what many have said in earlier reviews: This was one of best Airbnb experiences I ever had. Michael is a great person; he is warm and accommodating, always chill, and just a generous host. As a guest, one feels cared for; yet I always had my space to work on my own. I enjoyed several conversations I had with Michael and the great stories he shared. I don’t think the photos fully do justice to his amazing apartment, which is beautifully furnished and designed. Michael has great taste. The nice kitchen is a big plus as well; I saved quite a bit by preparing my own meals. I stayed at Michael‘s for a month, while I was on a visiting research stay in the area. Obviously, the location is perfect; right next to Central Park and well connected to the underground, shops etc. I‘d love to be back at some point. Cheers Michael!

This is my second year booking Nicole’s place for my student housing.She’s a great host and the place really is the best bang for your buck. Highly recommend!

My stay at Alicia's was perfect. It was a small but cosy room, the private 1/2 bathroom was great. The kitchen was amazing, and had everything you need. I loved all the art and books in the apartment, and I loved hearing about the stories and relationships behind the works and the artists. Combined with the great view, it was an inspiring location and apartment to stay in. The location of the appartement is great. With the subway it was really easy to go downtown. The location felt quite safe as well, as did I felt quite safe in the subway as well. As a woman of 23 traveling to New York for a month on her own for the first time, I was really happy staying at Alicia. I felt safe and comfortable coming back every time. I can thus really recommend Alicia's place! Would love to stay here once I come back to New York again.
