Jenny was very communicative throughout the whole process! She made checking in very easy and the directions on where to locate the property & park were clear. She’s super friendly and even checked in asking if we needed any necessities. Everything was very clean, organized, and stocked up the whole weekend :) definitely recommend this place for a nice lake getaway!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the holidays. The host had the house beautifully decorated for the holidays which made us feel right at home. They also provided coffee, a few snacks and all the kitchen items we could need which saved us a grocery trip. The house was very dog friendly. Dog bowls were provided and they even used and left us dog paw-friendly salt for the icy front porch. You can’t beat the view and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

We come to Montauk often & loved this spot. Walkable & convenient to town plus a beach pass. The accommodation had plenty of space for a family with convenient parking. Highly recommend!

WOW, the cabin was great, right on the lake. Front door view was amazing crashing waves. David reached out in advance of our arrival to make sure we were prepared for the crazy snow storm that was happening. He advised us well and we arrived to a freshly-plowed driveway, with David in the tractor. This was the biggest snow in the last 5 years, and the cabin was nestled in a fabulous winter wonderland. We had everything we needed. Even grilled some burgers in the snowfall on the gas grill outside. Comfy beds, nicely set up kitchen and everything seemed new. Spacious master/bath and 3 TVs in the cabin. We would love to book this again in summer.

Petra’s house is in the most beautiful spot on a small lake and a stones throw from the beach. This was our second year there and we hope to be back. The house is stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable including great bath products, kitchen, equipment, and toys and books. I never felt uncomfortable in her house. This was a wonderful family week in heaven.

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

Had such a great weekend with friends! The house is beautiful and we loved the open kitchen and living room for hanging out and cooking/watching football. The views can’t be beat and it’s a great location that comes with lots of wonderful local recommendations and the conveniences of whatever you need in Geneva. Catharine communicates perfectly and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best time at Vincent's lake house, and look forward to visiting again in the summer! It was easy to find, clean and cozy. The location was beautiful and the lake views and dock made us want to visit again in warmer weather. There was an issue with the oven the week before our stay, and Vincent was very communicative about the situation and provided options in case that affected our plans that weekend. It wasn't an issue, but I appreciated how attentive he was. Kitchen and amenities were great, can't wait to come back!

We had 7 kids and 6 adults for 4 days and it was great!

The house and landscaping were lovely, our girls loved the huge yard to play in and the cozy TV room for downtime. Spencer was super responsive and helpful, we appreciated the area recommendations for exploring. We had a great visit and would highly recommend a stay here!

Michael was an amazing host - he was responsive, kind, gracious and incredibly helpful in getting our large group of girls comfortable in his home. He gave us a ton of great food recommendations and tips for things to do around town. The house (especially the yard) exceeded expectations and looked even better in real life than in the photos. We loved our experience here!

This place was perfect! It looks exactly like the pictures and was perfectly clean inside. Doug was always responsive for any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. Would definitely come back and stay again

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

Such a lovely home right on the water! Spent a cozy New Year’s Eve here with 6 people, great location to downtown Greenport. The home has a ton of character, one of the reasons we’d love to be back!

This spot is incredible!! Rented it for me, my partner and a few of our friends for my birthday and it was truly a spectacular landing spot!! Robert is very communicative and available about any needs and the view cannot be beat. Will note that while they are pet friendly, they don’t like animals on the furniture and also it is a glitter free space, if you are a sparkly gay like myself, it may not be the space for you!

Aimee’s house on Shelter Island was the perfect getaway for Thanksgiving. The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location is serene and peaceful, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle. Aimee was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Brandon's place was dreamy for our two families with young kiddos -- cozy and quiet winter beach vibes, very atmospheric and peaceful and relaxing. We built a fire in the fireplace, watched movies, enjoyed the sunrise and sunset, and walked along the rocky shore. Would recommend, even in the dead of winter.

Super comfortable, great waterfront view, easy walk to a beautiful beach, many thoughtful touches including good coffee, well appointed kitchen, etc. This was a great escape from the city. We hope to return!

Absolutely stunning! This house has an amazing view from gigantic glass doors in the main room. Details in the house are well thought out and of great quality, including a high end coffee maker and other appliances. The place has lots of premium touches that make this experience a cut above the rest. Steven is an amazing, friendly, and communicative host. Incredible experience all around, I would definitely book here again.
