This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, air hockey and pool table! My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-)

Since 2015, just steps to the St. Charles streetcar on Brainard Street (at Philip St). The 1930's double is the entire second floor with private front and rear entrances, Living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, screened porch and laundry. Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. I live downstairs and enjoy meeting our guests upon arrival. Restaurants, bars and markets are on St. Charles Avenue!

Adorable place with comfort in mind. Well maintained with lots of outdoor lighting to make it safer after dark. The entrance is located in a secure, private yard adding to feeling more secure. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and equipment making it easy to prepare a meal, if you wanted to. Just the right size for one or two persons. I was there during unusual freezing temperatures but the home was toasty warm. I would highly recommend this place

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Nicole was an incredible host and the space is really private. It shares an entrance, but aside from that, feels like a little apartment with private bathroom and a nice shower/tub. Honestly, it is a steal. Nicole, you should charge more. The area is very walkable if you need to run quick errands, and it is centrally located to get anywhere in the city.

Betsy is an amazing host! She knows the city and has plenty of advice to offer for restaurants, things to do or places to see. Mr. Smudge(the cat) is a good boy, it was wonderful to hangout of the porch all together! The house is filled with artful displays that give a good dipiction of NOLA life, the bedroom and bathroom are perfect, giving you privacy when wanted. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful place very close to the French Quarter. Great restaurants close walk nearby. Overall great for a big family. The outdoor space is quirky and cool. Refrigerator was broken the first day, but they did replace it as soon as they were notified. Would stay again.

Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!

Worth every penny! Jeanette is the most fantastic host! Hands on, behind the scenes. She went above and beyond to make my daughter 21st birthday celebration a fantastic memory for us. Very accurate to description, very safe neighborhood and very convenient. Hope to visit NOLA again and hope to be able to stay with Jeanette
