Joshua’s place was precisely as advertised. The Airbnb is centrally located so, it was a breeze getting around the city. Joshua was very communicative and offered great suggestions on bars and eateries both locally and in the city. The Airbnb was also uniquely appointed and very well curated by the owner. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend Joshua’s place to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Minutes from magazine street. Not too far from downtown. Great sandwich place half a block away.

30 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Hopedale Marina. Entertainment and resources less than 10 minutes away. If you’re planning a fishing trip it’s a great place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, the host was extremely accessible and showed great hospitality.

Neil and Nancy’s place was exactly as described—comfortable, cozy, and the courtyard is such a lovely spot to hang out. They’re fantastic hosts, super responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s close to the street, so you might hear a bit of noise. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

A shotgun house in the Marigny. The girls next store were terrific. Short walk to the Quarter. Made some great friends. Had some friends from last year. The 4 1/2 months flew by!!

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Our first night in NOLA was a little rough: we arrived in the wee hours of the morning and the power was out in the neighborhood where we were staying. But Vilma (super, super kindly) gave us a lantern to look around the space. Thankfully the power came back on sometime that morning before we woke up! This guesthouse is in a cute little nook behind the main house, next to a lovely garden. Vilma and her neighbors were so friendly and recommended some great places for food! We stayed out for most of night so having a private area was so nice to back to relax. We had an incredible time for for weekend and could definitely stay again!

Perfect place and a great location to stay while visiting my granddaughter who is attending UNO. So nice and cozy. Plenty of room. Love the way it is decorated and pool was so nice even though not the time of year for swimming. Would definitely stay here again.❤️

Great location right near all the action, cool decor in a historic building with beautiful courtyard, and very nice and responsive hosts, who also gave some great local recommendations for dining and jazz. We had a wonderful time! Thank you :)

My husband and I loved our stay here and would absolutely book again at this listing next time we visit New Orleans. Zonia was so kind and responsive. The space is perfect for a couple needing that 'at home' feel with a convenient kitchen, bathroom, washer & dryer. The bed is considerably comfortable, there are ample towels and blankets, and the certainly fridge came in handy as a place to store our leftovers or snacks. 10/10 would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful home - very true to the pictures. There were some great restaurants, and vintage stores in walking distance, and Christine was always very quick to respond if needed. We enjoyed our stay.

I’m from the city , so I was veryyyyy surprised at the cleanliness . It was perfect and comfy for me and my husband. I only stayed one night but it was very comfortable. I stayed at a Airbnb before this one from the 23-27 and I wish I would have seen this one . Mind you it was a 2 bedroom that I was in (23-27) but this one was way better from the cleanliness to the bed comfort. If you’re looking for somewhere comfy and quick this is your place ! This is a review from a true person from New Orleans , and yall know some places here be kindy wonky , so this place was really worth the money and the stay !

The perfect nook for someone looking for a quiet spot to lay your head while visiting New Orleans. Ewan was always responsive and helpful with clear instructions. Loved my stay!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. I’d be happy to book again in the future!

one the I always look for staying of town is comfortable beds I don't usually spend a great deal of time actually at the airbnb. I must say that the beds Danielle's place were extremely comfortable, so much so that would stay here again. I also appreciate the ease of check in and the flexibility she provided

Kristin is an absolute GEM! She was so helpful during our stay. The space was cozy and tucked away, and in a great neighborhood spot. We preferred our stay here over the other half of our trip in the French quarter!

Very charming aesthetic in a beautiful neighborhood. Peaceful and private, yet accessible to great places to eat, parks etc. Jason was an outstanding host, his communication and recommendations were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Worth every penny spent. I 100% recommend.

Location, location, location. Walkable to the quarter, but in a much quieter and peaceful neighborhood of the Bywater/Marigny. We adore this neighborhood, so for us we prefer the Bywater over anything in the quarter, so it was perfect. The place matches the description exactly. Easy entry and adequately furnished. We loved that the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the home. Made staying with family much easier. Heat/AC worked great! Would definitely stay again!

I love that he was attentive he answered all my questions in a timely manner … I love the space it was just what I was looking for in a get away home lol I will be back really soon Loved everything about it !
