Vacation rentals with a hot tub in New Forest District

Me and my family stayed here for my mums birthday for the weekend. It was absolutely the most perfect place to be. Beautiful, spacious and modern house. With 3 bathrooms & robes for all of us. A very generous ampunt of cookery, pots, pans, glasses for us to use, which made it easier to cook in the kitchen. Also had salt, pepper, tea and a few bits of food for us to use. We travel a lot, and this is more than any other airbnb host has given us. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of our trip, so relaxing and easy to use. The rooms were neat and the beds and beddings were so soft and comfortable, I had a great sleep here. The house had a good heating system, an easy to use oven and cooker. The location was perfect. In a quite street, but a few mins from busy areas, shopping markets, the mall, the beach, and good restaurants. The host George was also very responsive. I have so much more great things I can say about this place. I highly recommend anyone to come and experience it for yourselves.

Magical stay at the shepherds hut. The huts are private and have everything you need. The location is fab only 15 minute drive from Bath, we wish that we also stayed longer to check out the local village / pubs and hire the bikes or explore the surroundings as they were beautiful. Everything was clean, tidy and we loved that we could pick the fresh eggs. Beds were so cosy and comfy, the huts are really well heated, we had such a great time and wouldn’t hesitate coming back. The only minor things were that when using the hot tub there was a strong smell of sewage outside sometimes, also we stayed in hut 4 and it would be a good idea to have a hard path leading to it as if it was raining it would have been very boggy getting down to the hut. Some extra lighting as well, we arrived in the dark and struggled slightly to find it, however, in the light all signs are very clear. The hut also struggled to get hot water, but for what it is, it’s fab!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating a 60th birthday with a big family. The place had more than enough space for us all (9 adults and 3 children). The amenities were fantastic, with no shortage of entertainment including a games room, hot tub & sauna, Netflix and a toy box for the kids. The sea view from the main room is amazing and plenty of kitchen utensils are available for cooking big dinners - 2 dishwashers was also a great help! Dave & Emma were great hosts, helped us get settled in and answer questions but let us peacefully enjoy our stay too. The area has a nice seafront with a play park and a small cafe - perfect for a nice wintery getaway. I can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect place for a celebration. We had a 60th birthday family gathering. Beautiful location and just a perfect house. Very spacious and wonderful facilities - we all enjoyed the pool table, table tennis and the hot tub. Great open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room. Highly recommended

We’ve stayed here four times now and will be returning soon. It’s absolutely perfect for what we want. Fantastic location and Lesley and Pete are very friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them, make us feel right at home. If you want peaceful and comfortable with fantastic walks nearby I highly recommend it

We stayed as 6 adults and 4 kids and it was a great space. It’s a large house so we never felt on top of each other, plenty of kitchen space, toys for the kids and a great garden for them to use. It was very clean and had amazing amenities such as toys, dvds, lots of kitchenware and games. Two double rooms and a big bathroom are upstairs, with 2 big doubles downstairs and a further double up the spiral staircase - not an option for kids/anyone with difficulties as they do mention. Hot tub was great and a lovely quiet peaceful place to stay

Can't be of a better location for what Glastonbury has to offer...on a foot step of the Tor with beautiful views and easy walking distance to the town centre. Perfect and exactly what we wanted. Nice home and lots of space.

We had a great stay. Check in was easy, and Ashley checked in on us after the red weather warning. No complaints was just what we needed for a weekend away and will be booking up again!

Great property for a big group. Would happily stay again. The hot tub is a great perk.

A fabulous house. Perfect for a group of 7 adults for a weekend away. Great entertaining space and the pool was superb. We couldn’t have asked for more! A nice walk into Cowes and local places to eat and drink. The property is so clean and spacious, excellent facilities and really private space. Loved it and our host offered great tips and advice.

We had a fantastic long weekend at Jan’s house , we went into Bath one day after driving to the park and ride spot, had a great day there, one of the days we drove to a beautiful local pub for a festive drink , and we cooked some excellent food back at Jan’s in the evenings and played game’s and snooker, the views from the house are amazing aswell as are the properties own grounds , a lovely house with character and charm. Thoroughly enjoyed by all 11 guests

We enjoyed our time here - there is a secluded beach 5mins walk from the property where we enjoyed an afternoon dip, we relaxed in the hot tub and used the garden to eat our take away. Lovely base to explore Isle of Wight. Very clean accommodation too! We will stay here again when we come back ;)

A wonderful and relaxing home, Fenella was very helpful, friendly and communication was brilliant. We were made to feel very welcome, and the accommodation was immaculate. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had the best nights sleep in years! Wonderful guest kitchen, hot tub, and lovely garden space to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, Vicky was so helpful with giving us recommendations for great pubs with tasty food. We went away for my partners birthday and wanted something quiet and relaxing, this place ticked all the boxes. They were really kind with allowing us to check in slightly earlier and also check out slightly later as we didn’t feel rushed at all. Upon arrival there was also a bottle of wine left for us in the fridge which was a lovely touch and the wine was great! We enjoyed the hot tub in the gorgeous tranquil surroundings. The local pub served up delicious homemade food. This was also a great spot if visiting the local vineyard. We would most certainly love to book another stay here. Great way to escape the hectic city life.

We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin! Teresa was a the perfect host, replying to my messages before our trip and then always being there if we needed during our stay. The cabin was perfect for us and the garden was beautiful. Our kids and dog loved all the chickens and ducks at the end of the garden and it was really fun being on a working farm, and we all loved the hot tub each day after doing one of the many fun things to do in the area. Teresa gave us suggestions on some things to do and places to visit which were really helpful and made our holiday even better. Thanks for a perfect half term holiday!

Me and my girlfriend stayed to celebrate her birthday and we had the best time EVER! Annie was incredibly friendly and helpful gave us some fantastic advice on where to eat and drink and the room and bathroom were spotless and gorgeous. We will most definitely be coming back again. Thank you again Annie you are amazing!

Had an unreal 3 nights stay for my Fiancé's birthday! He was over the moon with it. Beautiful setting on the river, exceptional customer service when we needed anything - Marc is extremely helpful and considerate. The cabin is just extraordinary, we felt like we were in a different country due to the theme and decor - cosy, warm and homely - Western vibe. The cabin had everything we needed, we brought games with us but there was so much to do inside it wasnt necessary. The hot tub is just perfect for an evening of relaxing! Marc provided extras when we needed them and responded quickly to any messages. 100% recommend and can't wait to come back for summer :D thank you for an awesome birthday.
