Vacation rentals with beach access in Neptune Beach

Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

It was a pleasure having Zac as a host and I had a great experience in Jax Beach!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Glenn is a fantastic host. He was very helpful and gave great recommendations. The only negative thing I could say is that the bed is pretty hard. Maybe a mattress topper would be an easy fix. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend staying here. Everything is in walking distance. Hopefully I will get another opportunity to stay here next time I visit! 5 stars!

What a beautiful beach house! Was great for 3 generations - deck, fire-pit, well appointed garage with beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards + beach right outside your door were all standouts. Really gorgeous setting.

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!

My family and I loved staying at Blake’s place! The house is super cute, very clean, had everything we needed, and is close to the beach. We also loved having access to the bikes; which we used for exploring the neighborhood. And if you have an EV, don’t forgot your charger because you can plug in at the house (the house has a charger outlet right in the driveway). Blake goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. We all agreed, we would like to stay here again on our next trip to Jacksonville.

Great place, very clean and spacious. I loved the balcony. The neighborhood was very quiet and really close to the beach and park. I loved that they had items for the beach such as chairs, beach mats, and balls. I will definitely stay here again, the next time I am in the area. Host were very responsive

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. We loved our stay at Darlene’s place and will return every time we visit the area. It was very comfortable clean and very nice decor! Darlene was very friendly and helpful answering questions.
