Monthly Rentals in Neotsu

This was our second year in a row to spend a lovely month on the Oregon Coast… the view can’t be beat… the house was comfortable… we loved our stay!

Great house. I've stayed here a number of times with a group of friends. It's extremely spacious, newer construction, ample parking. The location is only a few minutes from Lincoln City by car. It isn't really walkable in any useful way and the road to the house is unpaved and has some nasty potholes, so be careful. The hot tub and pool table are favorites with my group. Note that the bunk beds are large and solid, and the bottom bunks are usable and comfortable even for tall-ish adults.

This is a beautiful home, with the most amazing view! It was clean! Master bed was very comfortable, Murphy bed not so comfortable. Troy was great, great communication. Our 10 night stay was perfect for us, we will definitely be back to stay here! Thank you Troy for sharing your beautiful home. The sauna felt amazing btw 🤗

Such a cozy stay we enjoyed having the privacy the studio offered.
