This beautiful & spacious 3 bed/2 bath, fully furnished house is centrally located for your stay and is perfect for vacationers (and business travelers) year round. Fun on the lake in summer or access to golf courses in fall/winter. Room to park 2 cars/boats/RVs and plenty of space inside to enjoy. Keypad entry. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and WiFi for all guests. Dogs under 60lbs are welcome, $75/dog (more info upon request). Please note that the garage is unavailable for use. Come and enjoy!

Relax with the whole family/ or friends at this peaceful place to stay. This home is for short-termed rental (29 nights or less). This home has two large family size rooms for entertaining. Lots of seating areas, including a work station or an additional dining table or game table. Three comfortable bedrooms. The home is located on a corner lot. It has wonderful views of sunsets which provides a fun and relaxing patio. This house can provide a place to make reconnect with family and friends.

A sparkling pool is framed by a light-colored deck and surrounded by low desert landscaping. Lounge chairs are positioned nearby, and palm trees add a tropical touch. A covered patio area stands to one side, providing shade and space for relaxation.

Open floor plan with high ceilings and kitchen bar perfect for entertainment. 2 car boat deep garage includes rear drive through door into fence rear yard. RV parking aside garage is over 20 ft wide with full hook ups and 50 amp plug. This house is just a 2 minute drive to College Street Brewhouse & Pub, 3 minutes to Rusty's Restaurant and a 10 minute drive to the London Bridge.

Perfect home and location!!! Clean, spacious with ample parking for boats, trailers all fenced in. Launching just few blocks from here. Private dock. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!
