The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Baha Mar, a short walk to the beach, and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Nassau. Whether you’re into fine dining, casual eats, or beachside lounging, everything is right there. A huge shoutout to Sophia the host, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and responsive. You can tell she truly cares about her guests having a great experience, and it made all the difference. I would 100% stay here again. I have to say this Villa is just as pictured. The beach is literally steps across the street, very quiet and clean beach that yes you can use all day!! I see some reviews stating this was an unsafe area. This is so far from the truth. We were here for 5 days, not one time did we feel unsafe. Also seen one review said something about the venue down the street having loud music. I can also say we didn't experience anything loud music. There was a band at Travellers Nest down the street but was far from disruptive. It was quite the opposite we sat on the patio and enjoyed the free experience. When we went inside you couldn't hear it at all, and it stops around 10 PM. If you are looking for a quiet beachfront place, book this one. We absolutely loved it! We will be back and stay here!! We have stayed at hundreds of Airbnb's and this one was great. It was clean, beds are comfortable, host is EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. Even gave us local recommendations that didn't disappoint.

What a wonderful stay we had. House was clean spacious and comfortable! The pool was beautiful and we cooked some great meals on the charcoal grill! The theater was so great we even did a movie night. We went to wonderful beaches just around the corner and it is right down the street from the airport which made travel day so much easier. If we come back to this area I would book this house in a minute!!!

We were an American family traveling to Nassau/New Providence for the first time and did not want the resort experience. We wanted a safe Airbnb, and somewhere we could have as a home base to explore the more quiet and tranquil parts of the island. Geno's place was PERFECT for that. It is gated with a person to check you in and out when coming and going, a small convenience store across the way with really kind women who run the joint, a supermarket nearby for access to groceries (albeit a bit expensive), and the Pink Octopus in a neighboring community for cocktails and an ocean view. There is a small beach but it's decent, better beaches are a drive- Love, Jaws were our favorites - 35-40 minutes but it's island driving and you get to see how Bahamian life really is. Nassau and Paradise Island are a much shorter drive, but more loads of people. The house is clean, cozy, and well decorated. The pool is great! Remember, this is island life, so it's different. And well worth it.

My friends and I had a great time at Caprice 14!! The beach access is 2 houses over but easy to get to. The view from the house is amazing! We also felt very safe in the community. Would definitely stay there again.

The host was absolutely superb! not only dependable but incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. They ensured the ceremony space was set up perfectly and even offered thoughtful suggestions that made the day run smoothly. The beach and the Airbnb itself were breathtaking. It was the perfect backdrop for such a memorable event. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our big day. Tim is truly amazing.

Arrived and were taken to our unit and given all instructions. 2 pools (note: not heated) and we couldn't believe how close we were to the beach - easy to run back and forth all day. Easy walk to the marina with liquor store, groceries, Dunkin, other restaurants as well as Atlantis. We did the day pass there, which was enough - I was happy we chose the AirBnB vs. the hotel - more our speed (kids are 12 and 9). Spent every night playing Yahtzee on the awesome patio, listening to the waves crash. Unit size was plenty and had all necessary kitchen + bath items. The onsite restaurant was great; recommend ordering to-go to save time. Neighbors were friendly and we loved the cats!! Our family can't wait to go back!

Deborah’s place was amazing to say the least, amazing location, close to the airport and what an amazing view from there. Our host was very responsive, helpful and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Deborah’s place. Also there is a nice little beach area in the back. Wonderful time in a beautiful place.

We had a great week with a family of 10. The house is huge with ample room to spread out and not feel cramped. The actual grounds are also very private with huge vegetation surrounding the lot. The pool was clean. The few issues we had (one AC unit malfunctioned but they sent a repairman the same day)were resolved the same day by the owner who is very responsive. The kitchen is large but could use a few more pots and pans if we are nitpicking. The neighborhood felt safe to walk. Overall we loved our stay, it allowed us to visit the bahamas on our own with our rental car and spend an unforgettable week bonding. Cable beach and love beach are 30 minutes away, water is crystal clear and turquoise. I would skip montague beach which we went to first. Not very clean. The common areas in the house offer something no resort can, which is time for cousins and family to all be together comfortably, whereas a resort would have every family in their own small rooms. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated Jean. She was flexible with us, with check out times, and was extremely helpful throughout our visit. She responded to every question quickly and even arranged for us get to and from the airport which was so kind. The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. We walked everywhere, including to the beautiful Cabbage Beach. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
