Felt right at home, very clean! I was super comfortable. Close proximity to major hotels and restaurants. I really loved the fact that the area was very safe and secure.

Great location. 5 minute walk to beautiful beach. Rental car was great for getting around island. Good value. Hosts were very helpful. Recommend this place.

I booked this for my mom and from day 1 she was raving about how beautiful it was and how it was the first one she’s stayed in that looked exactly like the photos. The host was super nice even when we mistakenly didn’t realized we had to Check out she wasn’t rude at all. I appreciate her patience in even trying to help us get another Air bnb. Highly recommended

A perfect stay in Nassau! We had a great time. The place was impeccable, very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. The accommodation was exactly as described, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect for resting after a day of exploration. The location was less ideal, far from amenities and beaches. Host was responsive and thoughtful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We recommend it without hesitation!

I’ve stayed here several times and had no complaints. I felt safe and right as home as always! The area was convenient for everywhere I needed to go.

Our experience was very rewarding. The Local was 100% as advertised and the great difference was the service of Candy. Tireless, at any time it was available to assist us in the doubts we had. She really made a difference. Google Maps doesn't help much, as the access street is new, it suggests a longer route than necessary.

Our first time in the Bahamas was short lived but exactly the relaxation we wanted. Cannot wait to return and stay at ONE again!

Great place! Walkable distance from Nassau downtown and Paradise island. Grocery story right across the street was very convenient. Excellent communication from Timothy’s team!

We had a wondefurl time, we felt at home from the moment we arrived, the desceiption said it was a shared pool but we didn't even really had go share it, the whole house had great acommodations, also we had a good rest thanks to the good mattreses they had fof both beds. They even had a huge Bluetooth speaker by the pool bar, it made our stay even better. We got go meet Niekia and his husband and they were great to us, we couldn't have asked for a better host.

Lynden was always very quick to answer our questions before our arrival. He was also very nice to us. He even bought umbrellas and a mixer to add to his equipment, which greatly helped our stay, thank you Lynden!! We were 2 families (6 total) with two children aged 8 and 5. The house is bigger than we anticipated from the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Thank you Lynden for your hospitality!

Victoria's place was perfect and exactly as described. It is peaceful and the view from the back deck is stunning. The AC works great and is easy to control. I love birds, so the noise from the aviary didn't bother me at all-I brought earplugs to sleep with. Victoria was really flexible with check in and out, and gave great restaurant recommendations. Eating at Spritz and watching the sea turtles is a must! We would definitely stay here again

Staying at Robyn’s place was fantastic, it was very lovely & all the hosts were amazing, friendly and they were very responsive!, the place was spotless and cool just how we liked it!

terrelle's place is excellent, very clean, well cared for. Everything is very comfortable and everything works perfectly. Sandi attended us very well. She is a very kind person and Terrelle was also aware that we felt right at home, grateful for her attention , I recommend it and would arrive again when I return to Nassau!

My best friend and I stayed at Sandi’s place for 4 nights and we had an amazing experience! The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, and the area it was in felt very nice and safe. It is a quick 15 minute walk to downtown area / Junkanoo beach and is overall very walkable. Sandi and Greg were amazing hosts and were very welcoming and helpful with answering any questions we had. This is a great place to stay close to local beaches as well as downtown Nassau. After a long day on the beach or exploring the island it was great to have a place in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Georges place was as described, and a great Airbnb choice if traveling to Nassau. The house was clean, and George was helpful when needed. The houses had local recommendations, which was so helpful. The location was good, although about a 20 drive from the main Bay Street/ tourist attractions. We didn’t mind that though as we had a rental car. Would recommend and stay here again is traveling back to Nassau.
