Tiny house vacation rentals in Nashville

Absolutely great spot to stay in Nashville! Nice walkable area with lots of restaurants and places to shop and only a very short distance to downtown. Our overall stay was excellent, very clean and comfortable with a great responsive host highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. We were in Nashville to visit Broadway and this was a great location close enough for an affordable uber to and from Broadway but far enough for it to be a peaceful retreat from all the noise and revelry. Also the restaurants on the close by 51st Street offer some great breakfast options after a night on the town😀. Nice place, nice neighborhood. Thank you

Great place to stay! We felt right at home!

We had a great stay! There was a gas station was right beside us, CVS right across the street and loud bar across the main road. We could hear a lot of night noise but so thankful they provided sound machines and earplugs. This is definitely not the place for those who want a quiet neighborhood. But if you like to sleep with sound machines and wear earplugs like we do then it’s a great location. We felt very safe with the cameras and alarm. The location is near everything!

My boyfriend and I had such a great stay! The space was perfect for a couple—cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the location made it super convenient to explore the area!

House is simple and was just what we needed . Debbie had a book of things to do in Nashville and the price of it. Were able to get groceries delivered to the house from the local grocery store that was recommended in the booked. There isn't a lot of things in a walkable distance but Lyft and Uber were good price and an easy ride to Broadway. Were able to also scotter around the town and back to the house.

This cottage is so peaceful, and the decor inside was gorgeous, playful and welcoming. Kimberly was very kind and accommodating. Appreciated the recommendations for local dining and attractions. Highly recommend.

I stayed here and what experience it was to open my eyes in bed when the sun comes up and see just trees around you what experience great host.

Rented for my niece on her wedding night and they both loved it. They loved the chocolate covered strawberries left for them and it was very clean.

We had such a lovely weekend here! It’s a perfect little getaway. The pictures truly don’t do it justice! Every spot in the Airbnb had a lot of thought behind it that made every bit of the space functional. Outside is where we spent most of our time in the tiki hut which is very cute. The hosts were helpful with any questions.

Great stay. Easy check-in and peaceful camp area to have a bonfire at. Close to Nashville and other stores and food which was very convenient.

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay while having a weekend getaway in Nashville, and this “beach house” couldn’t have been a better fit for us. The space was cozy, it was a quick Uber ride from downtown and there was plentiful street parking. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stefanie’s place was like staying at a dear friends place. Cozy, comfortable, special drinks left in the fridge. Has everything you need. We needed a little getaway and this was the place to go. Quiet, beautiful setting. We would sit out by the fire pit and listen to the birds. Southern charm setting. Stefanie would pop out to see if we needed anything. So friendly and accommodating. Close to the downtown Leipers Fork. Highly recommend this air bnb.

The property gorgeous! The tiny home is super private, and we felt right at home!

I have to say this has to be one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Margaret Ann was so friendly and informative. Her place was perfect. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The setting was peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the mornings and evenings looking over the farmland and trees. We definitely will be back!

We had such an amazing stay! We have been going through some life stress recently and needed a vacation to slow down and unwind.
