This place was great! It was so bright and comfortable. It was decorated so nicely and clean !! It was the lower level apartment in their home and we could see they really cared about their home. We felt so comfortable there. Everything we needed was there. There was 6 of us and the girls, (19 and 21) slept on the sofa that opened up as shown in pics. Girls said it was comfortable. The beds were high, so the stool in the closet was perfect for me! We all slept very comfortably. Kitchen well stocked. Coffee was so good! My husband walks a lot and said it was a perfect location for morning walks. Decorated thoughtfully! Hosts very easy to interact with. Shower water pressure was great! Walkable to 12 South. 5 Star in everything!!!

It was a pleasure meeting Judith and Bill, and their property is in a stunning location. Everything was very clean and tidy. The accommodation would benefit from a bit more of a kitchen, as the property is quite a way from anywhere to go to eat, with the facility to clear up dishes, glasses etc. Just an observation, but this in no way detracts from the accommodation offered.

I am local to the neighborhood and needed somewhere to go on short notice due to maintence issues at my apartment. I booked this Airbnb and it was ready within minutes! Host was responsive, friendly, and polite. The listing looks just like the pictures and I was so grateful to be able to stay in a clean space in my own neighborhood! From an East Nashvillian, I recommend this listing and host!!!

We loved staying at Jessica’s place. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and being able to walk to down the street to get coffee. The house is decorated beautifully with antiques and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you, Jessica, for a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay! My daughter and I were in town for a competition at Opryland. The value of Caitlin’s place was unmatched and had everything we needed. We were a little nervous upon arrival seeing the outdoor entry and what appears to be another rental unit but upon opening the doors, were pleasantly surprised. Clean, quaint, and cozy. Caitlin was wonderful to check in if we needed anything and answered all questions. The beds were comfy, the bathroom is small but clean and adequate. There was a little noise from the residents walking and living upstairs, but nothing we found disturbing or problematic (you are renting a space below their permanent residence - as stated. Expect normal creeks of floor boards or sweet kiddo giggles). We would def book again and will probably be fighting for it over our teammates who paid a fortune to stay elsewhere

Everything I expected. Stairs to get to an apartment above the main home (which is clearly described). Interestingly, although it’s on a somewhat busy street, the apartment’s location in the back of the house was really quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable and the blackout shades were appreciated. Bathroom/ shower were fine. The weather was sketchy for most of our stay, otherwise we could have walked to all of the outstanding restaurants at which we ate. We walked to and from Nissan stadium for concerts. I’m not sure if I would have felt quite as safe at midnight if there had not been a ton of other people walking that far, but perfectly fine during the day. Frank was really helpful with almost instant response to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay! Would definitely come back! Host was extra responsive and even gave us an extra tooth brush since we forgot one! Far enough away to escape the crazy but cozy and private enough we slept an entire 12 hours !

We had a great stay! The space was very clean, cozy, and well-appointed — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and the comfortable sitting area with a nice TV setup. The whole floor of the raised ranch felt private and spacious. Only about 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, it was a great balance of peace and proximity. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well-appointed place in Nashville! This spotless home was in a beautiful neighborhood, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to several great restaurants and was within a couple of miles to downtown, which was perfect since we were in town for a concert. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Katie and Aaron have made their basement apartment into a tasteful, inviting, and relaxing oasis. It was perfect for my husband and I and a wonderful retreat after touring the Nashville area all day. Katie was proactive in reaching out to me and her detailed booklet full of places, restaurants, etc was better than a tour guide. A note along with sweet treats on our arrival made us feel welcome and appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and all her linens are top notch. After being in the hustle and bustle of Nashville all day this community has a lot to offer if looking for restaurants or groceries all within a short distance. I plan to recommend Sojourner Nashville to friends and family if traveling to the area.

Perfect peaceful place with great location and safe parking. Shower was hot and stronger than any self serve car wash I was ever at. If I'm ever going that way again that's where I want to stay.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Being able to wake up to so many birds and a beautiful garden was a great perk to the Airbnb. Everything was clean and there were plenty of extra bathroom items such as soaps, lotions, etc. in case you needed them. The location is perfect if you intend to drive back and forth from downtown. Bobby was very accommodating and responsive which I appreciated because our flight kept getting delayed. Our trip here was so perfect, my boyfriend and I plan to make Nashville a yearly trip and we hope we can continue to stay at Bobby’s!

The location couldn’t be better—just a block from fantastic restaurants and only a short stroll to the heart of downtown. Yet, it’s tucked away in a charming historic neighborhood that felt peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing. The space itself was beautifully set up—thoughtfully arranged, cozy, and incredibly clean. The Mill Creek Retreat guest suite was perfectly located for out of state grandparents attending their grandson’s high school graduation. It was private, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two nights stay in our cozy accommodation.
