Escape to Mciver’s Cozy Cottage Suite, Close to Downtown

If you're looking for a couple's getaway, this is the ideal place/amount of space. However 3 or 4 people can very comfortably stay in the space as well. AT&T fiber internet, kitchenette including mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster, coffee/breakfast nook, king sized bed, the most comfortable futon you'll ever sleep on, upstairs patio, and High Def TV with cable and Amazon FireStick with HBO Now, Amazon Prime Video and ability to log in to Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. This is an upstairs unit and most likely I will be at the property during your stay. You will have complete privacy should that be want you want, but I also love meeting new friendly faces. I am happy to provide recommendations and help you with your stay however I can! This property is in the Woodbine/Glencliff neighborhood of South Nashville, which has become one of city's hottest and fastest-growing areas, with tons of renovated and brand-new houses. There's also a straight shot into downtown from the area. If you are unfamiliar with the area, the way I recommend the most to get around is Uber or Lyft. Taking an Uber downtown during normal pricing will be somewhere around $7-9 and will save you a ton of headache from parking.

We enjoyed our stay at Rebecca’s place while in Franklin for the weekend. Everything was perfect & the location is very convenient to downtown. We had everything we needed & then some. All honesty was hesitant and thinking I should have booked somewhere else, but it really was great. Jimmy was super accommodating, understanding, and flexible with us! The hot tub was sooo nice to sit it, just not when the sun is beaming! Between the games, popcorn machine, etc… really didn’t have to leave the place if we didn’t want to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
