Jim is very hospitable, responsive, and friendly. Place was very clean, private, and comfortable. Jacuzzi and pool were inviting and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We love staying here. It’s walking distance to so many things and the staff has been great each time we have stayed.

Our stay was amazing! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with what is needed right away (paper towels, dishes, glasses, some spices) plenty of toilet paper. Loved the extra bonus of the jacuzzi after walking so much throughout the day and night. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Had a great stay here! There were only four of us but would have been plenty of room for more. Hot tub was great, home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was fairly easy to drive to some locations and easy to Uber to others. Really enjoyed the home!

The place was easy to get to. Very quiet at night and peaceful to sit outside especially on the balcony. The home was cozy and well decorated as well as an amazing hot tub out back to unwind at night. I would 100% come back especially for the value of the property with the view and trees around.

Putting up curtains for a bedroom doesn’t exactly make it a bedroom. Put guest in an awkward position. Also recommend blackout curtains. The highway lights are really bright.

This Airbnb was perfect for a joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend trip! Ubers were quick and easy to broadway and the house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the back patio, hot tub, and yard when we were hanging out at the house. While the surrounding neighborhood isn’t the best, we always felt safe and comfortable at the house. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful!

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Brigitte’s place is great! We stayed there just for one night but it is a peaceful area apart from downtown but at the same time so close to it, and around that area lots of coffee shops and restaurants with some live music. The place was so clean and I don’t have any complaints. We recommend it!

This place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained and the neighborhood surrounding it was breathtakingly beautiful. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured that everything ran smoothly. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Nashville and it’s conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from Broadway.

Beautiful condo- just as described! Comfy beds/furniture. Felt like staying in a high end resort- thought the price was very good for the condo. Walkable to places- short drive to the main strip(broadway). Alex was super nice- helpful and responded quickly! Recommend his place 100%! Thanks for sharing your condo Alex!

We had a fantastic stay at Riverfront Yall! The view was nice and the location was great—quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway with great access to the city!

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

Such a cozy cabin surrounded by beauty! Stuart was very welcoming and friendly. The cabin was comfortable and had everything I needed. I could tell a lot of thought went into making this a nice stay. The front porch was my favorite place...surrounded by the sounds of nature and the hummingbirds that would stop by frequently. I am very happy I had the opportunity to stay here and enjoy the peacefulness with my dogs.

Very peaceful. Very clean. Very cozy! It was a perfect getaway to escape the nightlife of downtown. The hosts were more than happy to communicate when we needed. 10/10

The cabin was so fun and Mr. Marty and Mrs. Grace were the nicest and kindest. The animals were adorable, especially the baby chicks - I got to hold them! The art studio was awesome with so many colors, I loved feeding the animals and painting with Mrs. Grace. My parents said they will bring me back to the cabin very soon! Madison

Very cute cabin in the woods. Peaceful and cozy. Didn't get to use the fire pit but it looked nice. small fenced in area for dogs was perfect for letting them get some energy out.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin is so cute, clean, and modern — it felt like the perfect little getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the space had such a cozy vibe. We’d definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.
