I was only here for a short one night stay, but the space was very cute, clean, and made me feel safe! There were extras of everything in case I needed them and clear directions for everything in the house. The area feels far enough away that it is not as chaotic as downtown, but still close enough to Uber/Lyft for an affordable price! Great space, great hosts!

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

My boyfriend and I had such a great stay! The space was perfect for a couple—cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the location made it super convenient to explore the area!

We had a great stay for our two night stop in Nashville. Great location with a walking trail a block away and 20 min walk to the Parthenon. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect spot near 12th South! The place had all the amenities I needed for a no-stress stay, and the bed was super comfy. The location is ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and everything 12th South has to offer. The host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, even leaving a light on for my late arrival. I’d gladly stay here again!

The space and the location were perfect for my wife and me. Just about anything in Nashville is within a 15 minute drive and all of the shops and eateries of 12 South are walking distance. It was very nice to be so close to everything but feel like we were at a private cabin away from all the hustle and bustle too. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet get away in the midst of all that Nashville has to offer.

What an incredible find! This is a beautifully decorated-very clean place to stay for a couple looking for a getaway. The home lacked nothing for our stay and we were taken back by the eye for detail that Liz has put into this place. It was easy to find and so convenient to main street. A leisurely stroll past amazing homes with meticulously landscaped lawns and you're in the heart of shops and places to eat. We enjoyed the propane fire pit in the evening and anticipated the next mornings trip to Leiper's Fork, a short 20 minute drive away where we ate at "Foxx and Locke" that did not disappoint. Neither did the most beautiful countryside with rolling hills I've ever seen. I highly recommend this rare home for a stay in Franklin and look forward to our return visit in the future! I couldn't rave enough about this stay! The bed was comfortable, the AC was fabulous, and the kitchen was well stocked. The wifi was strong and I was able to work from the unit via video conferencing without issues. Plus the washer/dryer was a huge plus! I stayed for almost a week and could've been here much longer! Devon was a fantastic host -- my flight got delayed and the groceries I had delivered were sitting on the front porch, so Devon brought them inside and put them in the fridge for me so they wouldn't spoil. I was so grateful! I've already booked my next stay here when I'm back in Nashville in a few months. :) Thanks Devon!

Staying at The Retreats at South Water Manor was an absolutely fabulous experience. Extraordinary attention to detail in renovating this warm and historic little building. Beautifully curated with luxurious furnishings. Such a comfortable bed too! More spacious and stunning than the photos can portray. Breakfast at The Bistro just steps away was a very pleasant surprise and the little shops at The Manor added an extra treat. Heather is a warm, engaging, responsive host. I will return again and again and again.

Best place to have for long-weekend vacation in Nashville. Convenient parking, close to downtown, quiet and cozy.

We loved our stay here! It was such a quiet place, but so close to Broadway. Lyft was easily accessible, and we would love to come back!

This was a very nice place. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to get everywhere. We brought our bikes and everything was within a short bike ride. The place was really cute and immaculate. I highly recommend this place. Also, Michelle was very responsive and helpful when we asked for advice.

We were delayed in arriving due to heavy rain on our drive. No problems getting there a little later. this is our second time staying here and is a very nice accommodation. We have family near by and we're able to walk to visit them. We felt safe at all time of day in the neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and lovely place to stay.

Great studio. A previous guest commented poorly on the area which made me hesitant to book. I'm glad I ignored that review. Here's my experience of the location. We walked everywhere, day and night, never once did I feel threatened. It's a quiet, lovely neighbourhood close to downtown and tons of good restaurants. I highly recommend Crystal's place.

Laura’s accommodations were beautifully decorated with antique pieces which created an elevated experience comparable to any historic hotel or bed and breakfast without the hustle and bustle. The grounds surrounding the apartment were landscaped beautifully. Waking up to look out on the small patio outside the bedroom and get a glimpse of the pool in the wooded and green landscape was so peaceful. This location is convenient to amenities of Nashville and close enough for an enjoyable ride to nearby Franklin for antique shopping. What a great weekend we had and so lucky to find this hidden gem for future weekend getaways. Loved it! Thank you so much!

John’s place was exactly what we needed! It was a beautiful space; close to so many wonderful places. And it was spotless. Love our visit to Nashville and enjoyed our time at this Air BnB. Highly recommend it and look forward to staying here next time in Nashville!!!

this is a very clean lovely place very close to all the shops and restaurants that 12 south has to offer. The cottage is exactly as described with a very comfy bed and a surprisingly comfy sofa bed. The bathroom is well stocked and the place has good storage for clothes and suitcases. We would up taking a ton of ubers as the bus service in the area was spotty at best. The unit does have a parking spot but i didn’t want to rent a car. In hindsight i would probably rent a car if i returned. The entrance to the unit is tricky to find if you are coming by uber. Best to enter 2088 12th ave as it’s much closer to the cottage than is the actual address.
