The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was in order and clean. The area is quiet and walkable. There is a park in a walking distance and place for a workout.

Good location. 6 minutes walk to the near bus stop which go to Gion, Kiyomizudera, and other places. It’s very near Kimono Tea Ceremony Karasuma and Nishiki Market. The room is like a hotel room. Shared Microwave oven and laundry is at the first floor. Doing laundry is a bit challenging, but just need to set your timer if someone is using and set another timer for when your laundry is done. Drying system is in the bathroom, so very convenient. Overall, the unit is good for a short stay. The location is very convenient to explore Kyoto.

It was easy to walk to a train station which quickly got us to Kyoto Station, so that was helpful for all we wanted to explore in Kyoto. The description was accurate - it said small for 4 adults, which was our group, and it worked for us since we only had backpacks. If you have luggage, there would not be much room. The only thing I didn't understand before arriving was that there was only one sink, so you had to use it for both meal prep and toothbrushing since no sink in the bathroom area. We loved having the kitchen area so we could prepare meals. Any times we had questions the host with super fast to respond. Beds were comfy, all had multiple outlets by them, and the shower was awesome. Bonus to have the washer as well.

It was my first time using Airbnb, but I had a very pleasant time! The owner handled it very nicely when I asked about something I didn't understand in advance. The place was very easy to find and conveniently located near the station. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had a pleasant time. It was helpful to have good appliances. I plan to stay in Osaka again, so I will stay here again in the future!!

Naoya was super responsive and friendly. The accommodation was close to many public transport options, and close to convenient stores. Warm shower bath was great. Would recommend for anybody staying in the Osaka Kansai region.

The second time to stay at amazing apartment ! I had a wonderful stay at Tats's apartment and look forward to returning. Highly recommended to all.

I used it because it was close to Nishikujo Station, which has easy access to USJ. The host responds quickly and the room is clean. Please note that, except for the convenience store near the station, you can only shop at a supermarket that is about 15 minutes away from the house.

I had an amazing stay at Yuiitsu’s place! It had everything I needed. It is new, very clean, spacious, has lots of light and ammenities. Its very close to a nice tourist area called Kitano. On the same street you find local nice restaurants! It is just a 10 min walk from Sannomiya Station. I loved staying at Yuiitsu’s place. Would definetly come back!

The place was greatly located, just a few steps from a park you can relax during the night or day! Also very close to 2 train station lines which made going places very convenient. The place was just perfect for 4 people to move around freely. Will surely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself!

It's a slightly old-fashioned house, but I was satisfied with the fluffy bed and blankets. The house was clean, and I rested comfortably. However, it was a pity that there was a lot of walking time to get to the center of the trip (Namba Umeda, etc.) and public transportation.

Very clean and tidy room, very clean inside, about 7 minutes walk from Millennium Bridge subway station, bus stop is right next to it, it is very convenient to go to Universal Studios.Because it is a building on the street, there will be noise from cars at night, but it did not affect sleep because I brought earplugs.The room has a projection device, but I didn't experience it because I went out and played, overall I was satisfied.

Ohara is such a wonderful and responsive host. His place was very near the station which is very convenient if you want to explore. There are also a lot of convenience store and market around the area. It felt like home. Will surely recommend his place to friends

The place itself is so authentic and cozy, and the outdoor bathtub is just the cherry on top. The location is 10/10 - so close to a lot of must-see things. It was so nice to be able to walk to basically everything.

This was our first visit to Kyoto and we really enjoyed staying at K/H’s place. It was exactly as described and in a great location; very close to the train station. We were comfortable and at peace everyday. We appreciate having such a lovely place to stay during our visit and we will recommend the area to friends in the future.

Great location! Within walking distance of Gion and other attractions. Futon beds were super comfortable and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to Fukushima station, close to luggage delivery office (open only Saturday /Sunday). Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Laundry powder, vacuum cleaner, washing machine was provided. Would stay here again.
