great attention to detail, the place was very well equipped. we liked how cosy the place felt, and that it had a really good location in the old city. one of the best airbnbs i’ve stayed so far.

The house is near the airport with great location. It’s very spacious and well equipped. Kasin responds to all enquiries very quickly. He helps to change the towels and provide water for us every day. The house is worth valued and we highly recommend it.

I loved the house so much because it was really comfortable and beautiful, the host was also very attentive to arrange the pick-up service for us, the airport pickup service was quiet occasionally, and I didn't know what kind of flowers the big pool was the children's favorite We enjoyed the wonderful few days of my life. I think I would choose to come here in Chiang Mai in the future. The kind host took care of us very well.

We definitely recommend the house for a group/family of 8. It was very well arranged and perfectly located. The house is very private, well furnished and the swimming pool perfect for kids. The owner was also very responsive to prepare your stay! Perfect for few days vacation in Chiang Mai.

Our first time in Chiang Mai and so pleased we chose to stay here. Place was even better than the pictures. Jona was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. We loved the location away from the busy downtown but also very easy to get anywhere with a Grab. Our stay was Perfect, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Even helped with a private driver for activities. We will be coming back and staying here again. Book this place! You won’t regret a thing!

It is a very nice villa, but need to go by car, there is a food market around,, can buy very authentic Chiangmai things, this place is suitable for a group of friends to go for a quiet getaway and enjoy life

John is an excellent and very fair host who always kept us well informed and responded very quickly. We were surprised by the fridge which was filled with coffee, milk, yogurt, eggs and bacon. As we had never experienced this before, we weren't sure if it was really for us. But John quickly answered this question too ;) It was nice to arrive after a long flight and not have to worry about anything. The 10 days flew by and we would love to come back. Many thanks John!

Very helpful owners. The bed was comfortable. Great value for money. A bit isolated behind the huge shopping mall. So a bit of a distance to local restaurants etc. Can eat in the food court in the shopping center, about 300m walk. It was has very quiet surroundings.

Loved the apartment and the neighborhood. I booked for a month and didn’t regret as soon as I arrived. It’s very close to Maya shopping but a bit far from old town. But the red truck pass very close to the area. Bolt is not expensive either. Communication with the host was great! Always willing to help and answered fast. I worked online and the internet was great (they upgraded so I could work). If I come back to chiang Mai I will stay there again. I recommend it.

Christian was very responsive and he was able accommodate our constant change in plan in regards to our extension of stay for two times. The condo is at prime location where you can easily get to seven eleven, and several other street vendors. The only drawback was we were not aware of monthly pool maintenance date which happened to be during first day of our stay. Although it was only one day, it would have been nice if we know ahead of time. That way my 11 years wouldn’t expect to jump in the pool right on the first day. Infinity pool was awesome though.

Very well equipped, clean and great location. Kitty was very helpful and even offered to clean for free would highly recommend!

This was a good place for the money. Aonz was responsive to our request for cleaning supplies and extra dishes since we stayed for four weeks.

Beautiful apartment and surroundings. Very clean, great view of the beautiful garden and the pool. And the most important thing is, the host is so kind, so helpful and friendly. As a couple, we had a great time at this place.

This Airbnb stay was an immaculate and amazing experience, from the beginning to the end. The hosts and staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. We led a Yoga and Meditation Retreat here. The property and location were excellent for a retreat. We hired the cooking staff who adapted their menu to vegetarian and made exceptionally delicious and unique meals for the entire week we were here. We highly recommend this place and really appreciated the top notch hospitality!

Everything is great - clean and peaceful in a traditional experience. We had a great time here. If I have to be picky it’s often not easy to call grab / bolt or get a taxi to get to the city center in this area. You have to spare extra time to do so. However Aye was super responsive so we recommend this place to everyone.

Our two families had a great time staying at Kat’s place. Beautifully designed and decorated place in a very walkable location. Daily cleaning was immaculate and the host Kat and the helper were both great. Would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to stay in Chiangmai.
