Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Nam Phrae

Katie and his family were very friendly and lovely because it was their home so Katie's parents were playing table tennis when they arrived and thought we were at the wrong place, and later Katie Dad was very enthusiastic about introducing us to the house! There are a lot of special wooden furniture in the house, if you like wooden style, here are a lot of small details to observe, there are also vinyl, a lot of cups, water dispensers, large common areas, and rooms are large, even big enough to not feel safe hahaha There is breakfast!Even a take away is convenient and efficient The small disadvantage is that the house has a vintage smell, garden plants so it is a bit mosquitoes, there is also a dog smell on the first floor, the neighborhood is more like a local people's residence, it is almost nobody at night, it is worth mentioning that there is a massage nearby, a Michelin restaurant with many reviews, and it is quite convenient to stay for two nights to eat!

Great homestay, super nice, and comfortable to stay in.The room is also very nice. I am very enthusiastic and will help answer any questions. I will come back next time if I have a chance to stay again!

Our family of 10 absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is modern, spacious, clean, and came equipped with everything we need including a laundry machine and clothes drying area. It was a bit hard to find because GPS couldn’t accurately locate the home. We used the 7-Eleven’s address just down the street to get taxi/grab rides. The house is very close to One Nimman and Maya Mall. Tons of food and shopping options just minutes away. I hope to stay at this home the next time I visit Chiangmai. It is suitable for families, the room is clean and tidy, and there are many charging ports. It is very convenient!There are many nice cafes nearby and it's only ten minutes away to Waroros market. There were sticky kitties in the yard🐱 that ran to the room and stuck to us to sleep hahahaha.

Beautiful home with everything you would need it felt really comfortable all amenities were spotlessly clean and beds firm but slept very well. Have stayed in the this location previously and we hired a car but it can be a struggle when getting a tuk tuk or red bus home at night so always used grab who gave a door to door service. Lovely neighbourhood with lots of beautiful friendly cats who always said hello would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here. The house is spacious and the beds extremely comfy. It is in a great location in Nimman and we could walk to lots of places in the centre. Lovely cafe, bar, restaurant and independent shops vibe in the neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Chiang Mai

Great homestay living experience, the style of the house is simple, and there are some local feel, green plants and flowers are also beautiful, the bed is also more comfortable than the photos, the room is a lot of nice little details, the host is also very good, it has helped a lot, and the trip to Chiang Mai is a good memory.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

If you are looking for a peaceful,private and beautiful place away from Chiangmai ,this is it. 20 to 30 minute drive from city centre( white public taxis 20 Bhat per person and until 6pm, every 5 or 10 minutes from near the stay and back from the city at Thamel Coffee) This is probably a 5 minute drive from the nearest town center which has supermarkets, an evening market, spas, cafes and shops. The only con was there were mosquitoes in the area and it is not for people who are looking to party or tourist attractions, this is more for just enjoying the nature and local life. The place is very calm, has beautiful surroundings, a pretty stream, an adorable Maximus the pet dog and a very sweet host couple! They made our stay very special and helped us out when we needed! The cottage has a lot of space, and all things you would need for a good stay including washer, kitchen stuff, pool, A/C and other necessities.

Kim and Lucy (local host) were great communicators, the place is a little paradise in the city, the setting (vegetation, pond, and spaces to lounge) was just what we needed. Lucy was super knowledgeable, helpful, she even arranged massages at the property, and brought us local chocolate to try (delicious) and to introduce us to all the wonderful things one can find in Chiangmai. Great family holiday spot.

Great option for a few days in hang dong area.

We had a fantastic 8 days, the fact that the villa is 30 mins from town was sometimes a challenge however it checked all the boxes for a relaxing peaceful stay. The pool and grill really allow you to feel at home. Philippe is a great host and the housekeeper was so pleasant and always willing to help. Great experience!

Host Nok was responsive and proactive. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning right in the villa and that helps as there are no eateries within walking distance. For 2 families of a total of 9 (which included 4 kids aged 9-15) the 3 separate houses (all within 1 same compound) was perfect as we could all be together but at the same time have our own space. Kids enjoyed the most as they got to bunk in with each other and loved the pool table and saltwater pool.

Fantastic house, new, all sorts of functional spaces, recreational amenities, perfect for a group getaway.The room is very clean, the host is also super Nice! Definitely a sparkling element of this itinerary. Congratulations

Great experience, the amenities in the room are perfect, the kitchen utensils are more complete, it is the most perfect house we have stayed in during this trip, from check-in to check-out, every detail makes me feel thoughtful and comfortable, the host sister also took us to the bazaar in the village, gave us a lot of useful travel advice, I will definitely choose this homestay again!

We stayed on this place for 1 month. In several, we liked it all. Rapee is a very likeable and nice host. The things (iron, vacuum cleaner etc) that we were missing, Rapee got us right away. He was also helpful in other things (medical advice). The only thing we missed very much was the mosquito nets on the windows. Thank you and all the best!

The host was very kind. It is an accommodation in a three-story building without an elevator. The spacious and airy bedroom makes you forget everything. The bedding is very clean, soft and comfortable Where it was, I wanted to buy it. There were many massage parlors nearby, so it was quiet without noise at night. The best massage parlors, brunch shops, and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. Above all, it is 10 minutes by car from the airport, It was a trip with my parents, so considering the situation, I felt comfortable because it was close to Chiang Mai Hospital. This is the place I would like to stay again the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

Everything is perfect and clean Great for a couple Only note on the bed Slightly hard for us Europeans For me, I'm a standard person ok For my husband with back problems a little discomfort But in the complex 10!!

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Chiang Mai. The house and property are absolutely stunning, and made for a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city. Waking up in such a unique space was so relaxing, and having coffee and breakfast in the morning was an unexpected delight! Perhaps my favorite part was the darling kitty Lucy who we absolutely fell in love with. We will definitely look forward to booking again on our next trip here!
