Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nailsworth

We had an incredible stay. Ann really made us feel at home, and the house is amazing. Lots of space for a group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The hot tub and pool really made our weekend extra special.

The pictures really don't do it justice. We had an amazing time and there's so much around the area to see, we've not even scratched the surface. We'll definitely be coming back.

Kate was a fantastic host. The accommodation had everything we could need and was spotlessly clean. It’s in a fantastic location, very close to city centre but in a very quiet road and close to a brilliant pub. We will definitely check availability next time we return to Bath!

What a wonderful two days away in a tucked away gem right near the Forest of Dean. The accommodation is very homely and well equipped and super cosy. If your a light sleeper like me be warned it is right on a main road so there is some traffic noise and vibration from the lorries but my other half argues he didn't hear a thing! We arrived when it was dark so when the morning light appeared and we opened the curtains we were taken away by the absolutely beautiful setting of the grounds. Tracey and David have done a wonderful job and they are so lovely. Would recommend to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable spot. Took the time to acknowledge our special occasion and left us with the most delicious coffee and fresh bread. In making the effort in those final touches really added to the charm.

Had a wonderful stay, the location was absolutely beautiful - and the accommodation was perfect for what we wanted. And we were pleasantly surprised to find some breakfast bits to help ourselves too, an amazing stay - and would love to revisit again! ☺️

We had a lovely stay at the hut and tub, Jess sent us clear instructions, the hut was very cosy and the hot tub and lights were beautiful. It’s a lovely area very close to Gloucester Quays which was great, we will deffo stay again when we need to come back. Thank you!

A lovely weekend at the Annexe, would definitely stay again. The place was beautiful, brilliantly equipped and very cosy. Trudy is a fantastic host, so friendly and welcoming. A deserved 5/5 rating :)

This house was great to stay in! It had a nice charm to it and had a brilliant location close to great pubs, wine bars and shops and also a short driving distance to bigger towns. There was plenty of space in the house. It was 1°C during our stay and was difficult to heat the ground floor as much as we would have liked with the electric heaters however it wasn't too much of an issue as blankets were provided and there was a fire available to help with that. Overall, I highly recommend Danielles cottage for a stay in the Cotswolds!

We loved our family stay in the Cotswold Barn. The building was fabulous, so spacious and close to lovely places to visit in the Cotswolds. We wanted a venue where we could relax as a family and there was certainly enough space to do that. All bedrooms having en suites was great. Brilliant dining space and games room. Well equipped kitchen, spacious for preparing meals for 8. We had a photographer do a photo shoot to celebrate a milestone birthday and the venue was perfect to capture some great photographs, with beautiful surroundings. We would definitly come back!

A lovely place for a visit to Painswick

This beautiful house has great character and relaxed charm. It’s the perfect base to explore the village and the surrounding countryside. It was perfect for our extended grown up family and a dog. There was plenty of space inside and out. Rebecca was the perfect host and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again.

The photos don't do this place justice! We had a lovely stay here for a long weekend and it had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, pillows and duvet included. It was clean and had lovely big towels and shower gel in the showers. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, crockery and kitchen equipment plus complimentary teas and coffee. The view in the morning was beautiful and the owner was helpful to answer any questions. Definitely worth a visit with 2 local pubs to visit!

Went to visit a friend over the new years eve 2024 and found John & Rosemary's place nearby which fit our needs perfectly. We were looking for a private place where we could be ourselves away from hustle and bustle in London. John was always available for communication - providing me with suggestions for restaurants nearby when I asked, and giving clear instructions to the place. There was ample parking space for the car inside the gated fence and we felt secure in the upstairs attic space - which is cosy and worm in the freezing temperatures outside. We saw the Horses, chickens and even the Peacocks John & Rosemary have - which my son loved!

Scott’s house was perfect for what we needed. We were in Bris visiting our daughter for a surprise birthday celebration. There were 5 of us in the group with ages ranging from 70 to 16 and everyone had plenty of room, plenty of comfort. The bedrooms are a good size and the living room had plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything we needed and local shops were only a short walk away including a convenience store and Chinese takeaway. Parking in the road outside was busy, but we managed to find a space without any trouble. We will definitely be back here next time we visit Bris.

We stayed for 2 nights with 5 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The place was full of character, comfortable and warm. Samantha was very helpful, kind and proactive and always quick to respond. we all had a fabulous stay.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas. 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children) and there was plenty of room for us all. Beautiful views from the lounge/diner. We used the indoor and outdoor pools which kept the kids very happy, and went on lots of walks around the site. My husband enjoyed swimming in one of the lakes each morning too. There were a couple of minor issues such as a broken blind when we arrived and we couldn't find a hairdryer, but they sorted it out for us immediately. They also let us use their Christmas tree too which was nice for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing gem! The hosts were lovely and helpful, the cottage beyond expectations. Very well equipped, every little detail was thought of. We enjoyed the pool and garden too. Location is a good base for exploring the Cotswolds. We loved our whole stay there.

A hidden gem! A unique property and location - tucked away in a Bristol park. We were 4 friends staying for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved this Airbnb. Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the peaceful setting and enjoyed relaxing by the wood burner in the evenings. Easy to get to great restaurants in Redlands. Friendly and helpful hosts. We’d definitely stay again.

Ros and Hugh were great hosts. A very warm welcome and clear explanations on all utilities in the flat and insight into the surrounding area. This friendly couple were unintrusive but reassuring to know they were available in their cottage right next to our flat had we needed help with anything. The flat was compact but well designed with all the amenities required for a cosy stay. The village itself is the quintessential image we'd hoped for an idyllic rural setting. We had a very nice stay and excellent value for money.

Gorgeous home in one of our favourite places. Great location on the estate and the house was warm and cosy and very well stocked. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

A lovely cottage in lovely surroundings! Hidden away, peaceful, yet close enough to the main roads for exploring the lovely Wiltshire countryside. Cosy, spacious and well appointed. Very friendly host. And a pool! Highly recommended!
