We are really happy! You quickly feel at home here, quiet and nice area, and very good to be able to bring our little dog. The bed was a little narrower than the one at home , and something harder than we are used to, but where we slept well, and for a long time anyway. Everything was clean and tidy, and good and warm upon arrival, which we really appreciated. It was nice it was a bit in the cabinets, like spices, detergents, soap of various kinds, lights, etc. Lovely big new TV, lots of nice working lights for those who like needlework. Simple but very delicious,delicate ,and very clean ,hot bathroom. Cozy with lots of art on the walls, books for those who like it. Lots of good light in the living room. I don't think there was wifi, but we only shared mobile broadband from our phones, and brought our Apple TV, and used it,but with such a new TV you can probably cast right to the TV and thus be able to use Netflix , YouTube, etc. We would love to come back, if allowed. Thanks for us!

We had a great time in the cozy "old living room" at this great Mjøsgården. The host had fired up in the fireplace and welcomed us with gingerbread and Christmas snacks. Clean, neat and cozy in all rooms. Good beds are always a plus. There is the second time we play this living room and we will be happy to come back.

My wife and stayed for two months as we were visiting faculty at the local university. Marianne's place provided us with the home we were looking for during our time in Gjovik. The apartment is well appointed and you can easily cook any meal you wish from roasts to simply pastas. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable as was the rest of the unit. However, the greatest part was waking up everyone morning, walking into the living rom and being greeted to a fantastic view of Lake Mjosa! Marianne and her family were wonderful hosts and hopefuly we will be able to stay again the next time we are visiting that area.
