Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

Welcome to chill out in our unique and quiet home. Here you enjoy lake views both in the garden and in the house. With only 100 meters to the nearest swimming jetty is a cooling bath, a ride with SUP or in the winter a skating trip the lake with a bath in our hot tube. 3 days in a beautiful and very well equipped house. It was clean and comfortable. Our tall teenage grandchildren would have been more comfortable in the single beds if they had been available. But they managed and we had a really good time.although we didn’t use it, the public transport system was close enough to be an asset. Long walks to Stocksund through the forest and past the lakes were a bonus. The information and help I received from the owners including a video walk around the establishment was invaluable when we arrived and included an introduction to the feathered pets . I would highly recommend it. We had a great time. Thank you.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dawit’s place. The cabin is super cozy and the sunsets are spectacular! The toilet takes a bit to get used to. But we would definitely recommend the place to everyone looking for a quiet place to stay. Also, Dawit was a great host und always very responsive.

We had a wonderful time at Max and Idas Cabin. It is perfect for a calm and relaxing holiday in nature. The hosts were friendly, helpful and replied very fast. They also organized a quick solution when the gas for cooking ran out. The place has everything you need: a well equipped kitchen, a Bluetooth speaker. Be aware: you need to bring all your food and if you want to take the ferry from the island, you have to order it in advance. We would come back anytime!

Ralf organized our stay with only few ours of notice. We rented another cabin which did not match the description and had to leave immediately. Ralf welcomed us kindly despite his own hurries. The cabin was clean, had necessary equipment for cooking etc. and we enjoyed oyr stay. There was some ongoing renovations, but that didn't bother us. We even had a few visits from local roe deer with her three calfs.. We are very likely renting again from Ralf when we come to Hallstavik area next time.

The location of the apartment is perfect for visitors wanting to stay at Södermalm and SoFo area. There were also lots of good playgrounds for kids. Mikael gave us very good instructions and always replied almost instantly. Very nice and recommendable choice altogether.

We enjoyed it very much. The house has many amenities ( fully automatic coffee machine, air fryer, trampoline, terraces, grills, and more). We drove to the city with the tunnelbana from Fårsta beach, as there was a very inexpensive parking space (3.20€ per day). The house is spacious, convenient and super located. The neighbours were very friendly.
