We loved our stay! Even though we were in somebody’s back yard, we had lots of privacy. The Neighborhood is safe, with a small police station right behind it. It was quiet and peaceful, and the people we encountered out and about were very friendly. We were a short drive from downtown activities, an easy drive from the airport and centrally located for longer day trips to the mountains. The host was very responsive and clear with instructions. The tv had streaming services. The full kitchen was well stocked and easy for me to prepare meals for my family. The mud room was nice too. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Jennifer's place for over 2 months while we were searching for our house. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and responsive, we had no issues while we were there. It is a true tiny home with a very functional layout. The house was clean and felt very cozy with the gas heater, perfect for the snowy days. The private yard and surrounding area were perfect for our dog! We were able to walk anywhere we wanted, truly wonderful location. We highly recommend this place.

Ann's house was outstanding. I loved all the amenities including yard games, a dog door with fully fenced in backyard, the patio, and the computer monitor. The location was great and I felt very safe. Ann did a great job taking care of the house and with communication. Everything was top notch.
