Beautiful home. It worked perfect for our group. Just a small hiccup with TV connection so we could watch the World Series but Malek was very responsive.

Great accomodations and the hosts are very communicative and thorough. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, and the home was spotless when we arrived. The only caveat I'd have for future guests is to bring some earplugs for sleeping - there's a railroad mainline nearby which woke us up a few times in the night/early morning. Overall, our stay was great and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in a nice neighborhood and near to a park and Uber distance from downtown.

loved it!! stayed for a weekend and it was incredibly comfortable. felt very secure & the homeowners were very friendly. slight bit of trouble with the gate, i think though on my own part as we were unfamiliar with the kind haha, but otherwise smooth sailing. would most definitely come back!

We had a delightful stay and will be back next time we are in town. The house had everything we needed and we loved being close enough to walk to a number of restaurants and even a grocery store. The fire pit in the back was a great addition and our daughter enjoyed the toy bicycle. The house was perfect for staying with little ones because there wasn’t anything breakable out! Would highly recommend just because of the proximity to crestline bagel!

Great space for hosting additional family for the Thanksgiving holiday! House was clean and as described on the listing. There is only 1 full bathroom available during the stay so please be advised that overnight guest will need to share. Host was very accommodating and provided fast responses when needed.

The apartment looked exact like the photos! The service was top tier with great communication and assistance. The apartment was cozy and very clean. We loved the color scheme and waters for us in the fridge. I’d definitely stay again!

We had an incredible time in a very peaceful setting. There is a beautiful neighborhood park nearby, a fun, local brewery and several delicious restaurants!

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

The place served perfect for the needs we had. It was in a good location to get around town and had great security. The little community is quiet and nice.

Lauren was a great host. Very accommodating, and very responsive. The condo was spotless, smelled good and very comfortable. Love the location. Walking distance to great places to eat and drink. Loved the balcony and were blessed with good enough weather to sit outside. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back if we stay downtown again.

Very nice place. Only complaint would be that the bed frames are squeaky when you move, which is minor.
