Beautiful home. It worked perfect for our group. Just a small hiccup with TV connection so we could watch the World Series but Malek was very responsive.

My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

We were all comfortable and used the house as a base camp for hiking some areas close by.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, and no detail was overlooked. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although most of my time was spent away working with clients for a conference, it was such a relief to return to a comfortable and well-kept space at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained home away from home!

Our family stay for Christmas was perfect. It is close to any shopping you may need. The hosts are always quick to respond. The plus for Christmas is the neighborhood is completely decorated. I would definitely stay here again .

This is an apartment in a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The area is very quiet. Despite being a basement apartment I rarely heard footsteps upstairs, and when I did it wasn’t loud or obtrusive. The host was friendly , and the instructions for the room were clear and helpful. The washing machine was clean and worked well. Note that the only window is the frosted one in the door, so if you need windows then this may not be your best option. I’d stay here again.

We unexpectedly had to find a place to stay during our move to Birmingham. Jacob's is located close to our new home in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. Jacob was very helpful, friendly, and responsive to our communications. We liked the space - it was clean and had plenty of room/amenities - and we will definitely recommend it to our friends when they come to visit us if we do not have room at our place.

Nadia’s place was a great place to stay while we were in town for a wedding. We had great access to Hwy 65. Her place had many amenities that were unexpected. She had a robe in each closet, many extra toiletries in case you forgot to bring something, a mounted make-up mirror in both bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. Nadia was very responsive when I had a question about parking. If we ever need a place to stay in Birmingham, we’ll definitely come back!

My stay was cut short, but I absolutely enjoyed the serene surrounding, and didn't fall short of anything in Laura's place. Definitely will book with Laura on my return. Loved the place.

Very cool spot in and extremely cool location. We enjoyed our stay very much. Also, the women at the bakery a few doors down are charm itself!

Very nice place. Only complaint would be that the bed frames are squeaky when you move, which is minor.

This is such a sweet condo! It was clean, quiet and just what we needed for the night. The area was quiet and we were able to get to amenities easily and I even got in a nice hilly run. The owner was super nice and responsive.

We are repeat guests and always enjoy our stays here. The updated king bed snd TVs were a fun surprise since our last stay. This home is great!
