Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mount Nelson

I stayed for five weeks and had a great time! If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful place in a rural location, look no further. The unit is as advertised. The hosts Christiane and Walter were very friendly and welcoming and graciously included me on some social outings, giving me a chance to see some of the surroundings, as well as generously making recommendations. The dogs Holly and Otto are also very nice; although, keep in mind that they bark loudly the first time they meet someone (or encounter a strange car). I finally got to see the Southern Lights (Aurora Australis) while staying there. I also enjoyed meeting the neighbors. And both a grocery store and beaches are within easy driving distance. The next time I visit Snug, I know where I will be staying!

What a wonderful stay, highly recommend staying here, 10 minutes walk to bruny Island cheese down the road and also to the near by beach. Such a comfortable stay, Linda our host left some complimentary items to make our stay that just little bit more, comfortable beds relaxing couch, beautiful bath tub on the outside balcony plus a huge fire pit for four ppl to sit around, kitchen was spotless with great appliances and crockery, lovely place to turn down too from venturing around bruny Island in your adventures, Will be back for sure.

Beautiful quaint Airbnb with lots of history and warmth! We enjoyed our stay and reading about the history of this cottage, felt very relaxed and comfortable here - would look to stay again! Thank you Freya

Matt and Steph were absolutely amazing hosts!! We cannot say enough about their kindness and generosity in assisting us to ensure that we reached our accommodation in time before the local shops closed so that we had food for the night. The home was super clean, extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. All the essentials were there for us which we were very grateful for. To top it off....the beds were absolutely luxurious!!! We wished that we could have stayed a few days longer, as we felt very much at home. Matt and Steph, once again thank-you for for providing us with such a beauitful place to stay and for your kindness. Without question, we will highly recommend Park on Park to friends and look forward to our next stay.

Outstanding! You will not be disappointed. Every year five of us girls get together to celebrate two of our birthdays, and this would have to be the best by far! The spa is an absolute hit, we definitely made the most of it. This house has absolutely everything you need and felt like home… it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All the beds were comfortable, and warm. And the bread, milk and continental breakfast was a lovely touch. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Ben has a fabulous home very close to Hobart CBD, it is very central to the local arterial roadway enabling us to travel with relative ease. The property itself is relatively new, beautifully presented, very comfortable, with all necessary amenities present. If I were to visit Hobart again, I will definitely see if this property is available for my stay.

Tony's Monaray House is an arcade gamers paradise. So many pinball machines, arcade machines free to play. Smart TVs in every room. Projector with High quality sound system for movie nights. Very conveniently located newly built house with all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. We spent 4 nights and it was fabulous. A lot of entertainment for children (especially boys). Electric BBQ. Heated blankets and comfy beds. Huge clean Bathroom. Nice small deck and patio. Highly Recommend.

We had the most comfortable and luxurious stay at The Bakehouse. A lovely quiet neighbourhood with everything you could need close by. The bed linen and beds were like clouds and we slept like queens. The decor was divine and outdoor area was beautiful. Would highly recommend!

The place was exceptionally clean, and the fragrance was wonderfully soothing, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We were also delighted by the generous and plentiful food offerings. Communication with Macy was smooth and pleasant, making everything easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the convenient parking close to the accommodation was a great bonus. Overall, a perfect experience that we would highly recommend!

We loved our stay here, thank you so much for having us- we would definitely stay again! The place had amazing views and such a cool style! It was in a great location close walk to everything or a short Uber away. There was also good coffee and lots of different activities. Thank you for all the delicious breakfast items also.

Very comfortable and thoughtful extras provided - bread,milk, eggs,wine, fresh flowers. Pantry had good selection of tea, coffee, oil, spices etc and there were fresh herbs in the pretty garden. Colourful decor - very homely.We enjoyed watching birds in garden from bedroom. Had everything we needed. Location - not far to walk to the signal station.Short drive down hill to Sandy Bay, Salamanca, CBD.

Yvette's place was great - a lovely space for us to spend a few days and very well located to walk into and around Hobart. On top of being well equipped, Yvette has included lots of thoughtful additions that made our stay even more comfortable.

This place was so beautiful to stay at for a few days. It had everything we needed, gorgeous views and plenty of space for 3 people. Would love to stay here again! Anja was amazing, I left my airpods and she notified me straight away so I could pick it up right before our flights. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Hobart!

Lovely unit that is clean and comfortable for our week long stay. Quiet neighborhood with gardens filled with beautiful flowers. 15 mins walk to woolies and 35 mins walk to the city center. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time in Hobart.

Cindy and Craig offer a wonderful place to stay at. The location has views of high hills covered in some beautiful trees. Lovely sunsets can be seen over the valley below. The accommodation is as described, with a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, lovely towels and bathroom amenities. The fridge and larder were stocked with helpful provisions and Cindy’s bread and eggs made for yummy breakfasts. Little touches such as flowers in the dining area and bathroom and tasty tarts on arrival made us feel right at home. Cindy and Craig are warm hosts, happy to have you wander around their property with its flowers and veggies, chickens, lambs and cattle. While they are always happy to have a chat, they also respect visitors privacy. The Yellow Door is a great place to have as a base to explore the southeast corner of Tassie with wineries, cafes, orchards and arts and crafts along with markets. After a day of exploring it is relaxing to come back to this lovely home. Gary and Wendy.

Miro and Edina went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From showing us around at checkin to providing us with a well stocked kitchen, they couldn’t have made us feel more at home if they tried. We highly recommend staying here.

Living and playing with the wombats every day is such a dreamy experience. In another Airbnb, we might not have returned so early to rest. But staying at Cheryl's home, we always want to go back early every day to spend more time with the wombats. Thank you, Cheryl, for taking care of the wombat orphans, allowing them to be well cared for and lead a happy life once again.

We had a great stay at Hilary’s in South Hobart. Beautiful accommodation in an excellent location. We even got to see a platypus in the rivulet down the street!

We had a wonderful stay. The location and comforts were just how we imagined it from Barbs description and the reviews. Very tranquil and worth the wait by the stream in the early morning to see the platypus, not to mention the ducks, waterhens, robins and of course the pet geese.

Beate’s place is in a beautiful spot and the garden is wonderful. So generous with all the food provided and a special treat left on the table. There is everything you could possibly need and the bed was very comfortable. It was a cosy haven to return to after a big day of exploring the south of Tasmania.

Nicky’s house was very spacious, well maintained and fitted out, and lovely space to come back to after a day out. For a heritage house it maintains it heat well in the middle of winter and has been thoughtfully renovated. It is in a great spot for getting around town and near to some great restaurants and cafés . Nicky was very responsive and helpful when we messaged, and organised our check in and check out around our arrival and departure in Hobart.

Our stay at Donna's was absolutely fantastic! Not only were Donna and her dogs incredibly discreet, welcoming, and delightful, but the entire place was impeccably clean and stunningly beautiful. It's easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had, and if we find ourselves in Tasmania again, we'll definitely be returning.

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay for exploring Mount Wellington. Mark is a very gracious host and has a wealth of knowledge to share about Tasmania's trails. I'd be happy to stay there again on a future visit to the area.

Penny is a lovely host. She set out clear instructions to get in and lovely little notes in the mornings and evenings. also suggested some places to visit and best times to do so. house was clean, had a beautiful view and was very close to the city.
