Monthly Rentals in Moraga

I gave this apartment cottage a 5 star rating all the way though. I stayed here nearly four months. It happened to be located 5 minutes from my daughter's house which was perfect. The apartment was charming and Richard was friendly and very responsive to my needs. My granddaughter enjoyed playing with Richard's dog, Zella. I would gladly stay here again. Linden

This unit is new, large and comfortable. Quiet even though it’s on a main street since it’s at the back of the property. Great location if you want to run on the Lafayette-Moraga Trail. Easy access to Lafayette’s bars and restaurants too. Masha made sure there was terrific ground coffee in the unit for us. Made every morning a pleasure. Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The location works very well for both driving and using BART. Kathryn is very welcoming and responsive without being intrusive. The kitchen is well organized. The outdoor courtyard is lovely.

The studio’s location is perfect for a weekday getaway or longer stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and Mary’s patio reminded me of an English garden. The studio is well appointed, comfortable and Mary has thought of all the little details for a stress free stay. The kitchen has silverware, cooking tools, fridge and induction hot plate. The studio has its own washer/dryer, walk in closet, printer and reliable internet. Check-in was easy. Mary is a lovely, considerate host and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.
