I booked Michael's place for a visiting relative, whose plans kept changing. In the end my relative did not actually stay at the AirBNB, but I'm adding this review to show that our experience of the booking and communications was only very positive. Our stay at Albina’s guest suite was very peaceful and a perfect place to rest our heads while exploring SF! Great location in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to local restaurants and cafés. About a 20 minute walk to Golden Gate Park. Lovely views of the ocean to watch the sunset, we used the firepit on the deck which was lovely! Albina was a kind and gracious host.

Michelle is a great host and the cottage was lovely! The garden is gorgeous and there are lots of places to relax outside. I felt very welcome and taken care of! It was not an issue for me at all, but the location is a little ways out from the action and there is not a lot close by. On the plus side, it’s relatively quiet, cozy, and relaxing! I enjoyed the hot tub both mornings I was there! Overall , a very pleasant experience!

This place is a gem! It feels like you are in a tree house with almost 360 views. I stayed here during my wedding and it was amazing. It made my wedding that much more special. The house is a bit older but nothing that took away from the beauty of this home.

Such a beautiful space! Angela and co are great hosts. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, but near enough to walk to shops, restaurants and transit. Definitely recommend checking out the local farmer’s market on Sunday mornings. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Eda is a really good host: very responsive and helpful. She also anticipates possible issues ant stayed available even though she was out of the area on vacation. The yard is private, well cared for, and very attractive. The cottage is very tastefully done and felt cozy. Parking is very convenient.

Monica was a wonderful host! She reached out promptly with instructions and the space is beautiful. It would have been helpful to know that the second bedroom is more of a studio space, there are no doors to that space and it made it a little inconvenient for a family stay. The neighborhood is in walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend Monica’s space for others looking for a very clean, easy to find, well decorated space in Alameda.

Charming, quiet and spacious with a beautiful backyard. Lots of natural light, beautiful original hardwood floors, comfortable beds. Big dining room table ideal for games, well equipped kitchen. We loved this quiet neighborhood convenient to services including a nearby Trader Joe's. It's also just a few minutes walk from El Cerrito Natural Grocery and Annex, a fantastic spot. Friendly, responsive hosts. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!

Loved staying at Daiva's place. Super clean, great communication, and PARKING right outside. She makes it possible to park in the driveway which is a big deal with some neighbors being possessive of their on street parking. I worked all day so I only needed it for the night time "wind-down", sleep, and early morning wakeup. Her place makes all of that super easy and possible. You are downstairs but very little/no noise from upstairs and extremely quiet all around. Decent shower--could use a little more pressure and bed maybe a little hard but I got used to it. Overall, met my needs! Thank you Daiva for making this possible!

Callie's place (the downstairs apartment) is peaceful and serene and has a view of San Francisco Bay and the city beyond through the towering trees. The layout of the interior is a little quirky but the space is comfortable and homey. The kitchen is adequate with basic kitchenware, appliances, and spices. This is a great place to stay if you have a dog, as the place comes with a dog bed, blankets, and bowls. We will definitely stay there again if traveling with our dog!

My recent stay at Heidi's place in Mill Valley was absolutely lovely. The location, super walkable to town, library, and hiking was fantastic! The studio cottage was decorated in a simple and classy manner. Loved the gas fireplace and towel warmer! The view out from the bed out to the garden was such a lovely way to wake up! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Hamzeh’s home for a little under two months while our home underwent construction with our family of 5. The home was beautiful and perfectly suited our needs. The kitchen was large and open concept which made supervising my kids while preparing meals a comparative breeze. The absolute best thing about this house was its location for us. We are Livermore locals and my husband was born and raised in Springtown which is just down the hill. Our absolute favorite place to hike in the area is Morgan Territory regional preserve which is a few short minutes up the hill from the property. I will never forget our peaceful time at this home watching my children hike on the property and learning to appreciate nature. Hamzeh was such a warm and kind host and I look forward to recommending this property to family and friends in the future.

The host were amazing!!!!! Very clean perfect for 2 people! The bed was amazing felt like sleeping on clouds! About 15 min from tourist attractions and ONLY TWO MIN AWAY FROM SAN FRANCISCO ZOO!! 10/10 recommend! Beach right out front!!!
