Monthly Rentals in Mooresville

Had an amazing stay. Was very peaceful and extremely clean. Felt great walking into the home.

I recently stayed several nights at Amanda’s home while I attended a conference based in Downtown Mooresville. I specifically chose this property due to its proximity to downtown, and it was a 4-5 minute drive from the house to Main Street. The house is beautiful and completely renovated throughout. There are multiple windows so it is open and bright throughout. It is comfortably and thoughtfully furnished and free of clutter. The bedrooms are all spacious and the bathroom is very large with a soaking tub and an oversized shower. I didn’t cook while there, but the kitchen has all the necessary items for preparing meals and there is plenty of counter space. The backyard is huge and has a full privacy fence. The home itself sits on a large corner lot and the neighborhood is filled with well-maintained and attractive homes (like Amanda’s) with large, mature trees. It is also very safe and quiet. The home was perfect for me and I highly recommend it to others.

Truly grateful for such a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable—we slept so well. The host went above and beyond, quickly bringing over an iron when we needed it and even offering for us to stay an extra night or come back to change after our event. That level of thoughtfulness and hospitality made all the difference. We felt so welcomed and cared for. Thank you for an amazing experience we hope to be back soon!
