Condo vacation rentals in Mooresville

During my work trip to Charlotte, I had a fantastic stay at Rodney's condo. The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and perfectly suited to my needs. One of the highlights was winding down after a busy day by curling up on the cozy couch with a good book—it felt like a home away from home. Rodney was highly responsive and made the entire process seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location. Space was very clean and perfect for our short 2 night weekend. The rental was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Included parking close to the front door was always available as we came and went. We would absolutely stay here again and really appreciate our hosts having us.

Mk’s place was in a great location. Restaurants were within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. There were not enough places to sleep for 3 adults. We notified him/her at 1:30 in the morning. He/she replied within 5-10 mins and the cot was delivered by 9 am. The communication was great., timely and whatever was stated to be done was done. No second calls. My only suggestion would be to have had more condiments, spices etc. for those that may plan on staying in. It was definitely bare bones. We also had a mishap with the blender and again he/she was more than willing to work with us. Thank you for letting me back in to return the fob!! Overall I would definitely book this location again. This location was just as described, the decor was cute and the immediate surrounding area quite. Great location close to downtown, uptown, NoDa and Camp North. Roland is a great host!

Excellent condo stocked with everything we could need. Clean and uncluttered. We liked that. We appreciated that they worked with us for a flexible check in. That started off our visit happily!

Beautiful loft apartment - very clean and comfortable. Close to downtown. The neighborhood was a little rough, but there were a lot of security guards and officers nearby at all times.

My husband and I have used Airbnb on many travels, more overseas but quite a few domestically and this was one of our best. Lyndsay is so outstanding and was the best hostess . She responded immediately to any of our questions and genuinely cared that we were happy with her apartment. The apartment was very clean, had a wonderful well stocked kitchen and was perfectly comfortable. The entire complex was very quiet- could hear some noise from person who lives above her apt but nothing to complain about, just a person walking around. The apt is tastefully decorated, no unnecessary clutter etc. would certainly recommend the Airbnb. Nice spacious bathrooms- felt so at home. Again Lyndsae was a remarkable hostess !

We loved the animals!!! So friendly and cute, they would come to the fence to greet us! The house was so cute and clean, and the scenery is just beautiful. We would love to come back. Thank you Lacy for greeting us and making us feel comfortable!

We booked Robert’s place last minute. He accepted our reservation super quick and communication was fast and clear. Had wifi issues but Robert was able to resolve it for us within 30 minutes! Great host, great place.

We had a pretty serious situation come up on our last night there. He was quick with his response, and had the situation handled in under 30 minutes. Mr. Luke is AMAZING and you can tell he really loves what he does. His home was beautifully decorated and the shower is to die for.😂 it’s very convenient to downtown Charlotte. I’d highly recommend this stay!!! Thank you for the great hospitality😌

This is a nice, quiet townhouse in an out of the way street. It was comfortable and well-appointed. Do note the host's information about stairways, as they do a good job making that clear. The location is near a highway, but the place is fairly well-insulated and they also provide a white noise machine. The only audible traffic noise was if there was loud honking or a siren, which was not often during my multi-day stay.

Great stay, second time back if that gives you an idea as to how I feel about renting from Trey and his units! 10/10 recommend

Loved staying at this condo complex. Beautiful boardwalk on the lake that we walked on each day, close to the wedding venue we had events at and accessible to main road with plenty of restaurants and stores. Katie was very responsive as well and made the check in/check out process easy. We had a dog with us who would bark when someone was walking by outside which was out of character for him and a neighbor did submit a noise complaint. Katie was great about it, asking us to be more mindful but letting us know barking from a passerby is accepted but excessive barking won’t be if it continues. So if you plan to stay here and have a hyperactive dog, you may want to plan for how you’ll best control the situation (shut the blinds if you leave or don’t let them access the front bedroom where they can see the front walkway). Great place on the second floor with a good view from the deck. Well stocked with all the little things you might need in the kitchen, bathroom full of shampoo and body wash supplies. and all very clean. 3 big bedrooms- very comfortable! TVs in all the rooms. Nice small pool a few steps away. And a really nice restaurant on the water also a few steps away! Good stay!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

I stayed in Charlotte for 6 weeks to get a feel for living in the city, and Rachel's place was a great introduction to the area. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants in Uptown Charlotte. There is also a great coffee shop (sneakily also a bar) across the street that I would recommend. Any small issue that arose, Rachel was extremely responsive and everything was solved as soon as it was able to. Overall, very satisfied with my stay at Rachel's apartment!

Accommodations were clean and within walking distance to Spectrum Center.
