Monthly Rentals in Monticello

We love staying at Cameron's place! We are in the area frequently and we always hope this place is available! It's perfect for our needs. Close to town for food or fun.

This two bedroom apartment is farm to table adorable. Very clean and stocked with extras that were helpful for our weeklong stay. Right on HWY 12 so there is traffic noise but both bedrooms had sound machines and ear plugs. We enjoyed our stay and will rent again.

It was a cozy cabin on beautiful lake Clearwater. It was clean and had many anemities if home. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake while sitting by the fire on the beach. My husband and I shared this with another couple. We had plenty of room and privacy. Jenna was very responsive to any questions. We all would highly recommend. The neighbors were all very kind and friendly.

This place is great, very nice and clean. It is located in the center of a wooded area, very private and relaxing. My husband and I stayed for almost two weeks while visiting family. Everything you need is supplied. Denise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. Her son was so sweet to come and help two seniors who are not great with technology, work the television. We would definitely recommend Denise's place.
