Cozy, spacious cottage with a beautiful sunroom porch where guests can enjoy peace and quite. Free Wi-Fi, conveniently located within minutes of downtown, great restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store is right up the road! Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. The character within this home is absolutely gorgeous. You wont be disappointed!

We stayed a lovely few days in Kathleen’s house. The house was spotless (very clean), there were lots of fabulous touches that drew all the decor together, and many little instructions around the house to help us acclimate to the home and area quickly. There was plenty of seating throughout, and several complimentary items like snacks, soaps, etc. The house was also very QUIET. The perfect little getaway if you need to get some focus time or mediation time to yourself. There’s lots of shopping and restaurants within a short drive, and several DoorDash options available if you’re too comfortable to want to venture out. The neighborhood is very walkable. Safe and quiet. We enjoyed several walks with our dogs during our stay and saw many neighbors out doing the same. We hope to stay here again in the future. ❤️

What an adorable cozy cottage! Our family of 4 loved it. It was a pleasant surprise to discover toys and activities for the kids when we arrived. We stayed during the Hot Air Balloon Race weekend and this was a great location to it. Downtown Galena took about 13 minutes to get to. Cottage was clean and comfy. We also went to the pool as part of the amenities and the kids had a great time! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed a lovely 4 day Easter weekend with extended family ages 7 to 77, 10 in total with two family dogs also. We liked a family on each floor with their own bathrooms. Plenty of friendly walking places for the dogs. Enjoyed the pool, game room and basketball courts with the free passes at the owners club, spent a day in town enjoying the shops and restaurants. Hiked the lovely trails and cooked a big Easter dinner with ample seating for all. One day the weather allowed us to play games on the screened porch which was a peaceful escape to the wooded backyard. So nice to connect with Kids and Grandkids!

I can’t say enough great things about this condo. It was perfect for my party of 5. The condo was meticulously decorated and homey. The couches and beds were extremely comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen came with basic necessities and utensils but they were of high quality. The condo was very clean for being a little older. I gave it 4 stars mainly because there was a lot of dust under the bed in the master bedroom. Other than that we really enjoyed are stay. The condo came with 2 logs for the fire which was really nice and extra touches such as coffee creamer, condiments, coffee.. were really appreciated. Plum Cove is a winner!

We stayed a bit more than a month at Brandi's place and loved the house and the garden. It is not far from the hospital, the stadium and shopping centers. It was clean and had everything we needed. Brandi was very welcoming and responded quickly. Thank you Brandi for everything! We highly recommend the place and if we ever come back to Iowa City, we will happily return to Brandi's place.

This was our first time to Galena and the place was great. I also did not mind that it was out of town. Maybe 10 minutes or a little more but it didn’t feel like it was too far out. The place was exactly as shown. My husband and I felt right at home. I would for sure stay here again!
