Vacation rentals in Monticello

This was a great place. We loved the house and the pool where we met the property managers which are very hospitable and nice and another couple. Not far from the beach there in Carrabelle, St. George Island, and Appalachicola. Provided the lower keyed, non-commercialized, away from the hustle and bustle of life and the bigger beach towns like Destin and PCB. Beth was very nice even when her guest didn’t get in until midnight to check in and I had to call because we had an issue with the lock. She was very responsive every time I contacted her and even checked in on us. Would definitely stay again. If you’re looking for a relaxing low key time this is your place. There is plenty to see and do.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely. Decorated very nice. We was 3miles away from Valdosta State and that was perfect. Hope to come back for our next visit.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. A nice cozy house in a quiet neighborhood in a local town was just what we needed.. The whole experience was wonderful, and everything is perfectly detailed and explained so we understood exactly what was needed. I definitely recommend for anyone who would like to quiet get away that's close enough to the cities to be accessible.

I would recommend Deborah’s place to anyone. It was close to FSUs campus and downtown Tallahassee but wasn’t a crowded area and very private. It was exactly what we needed for the weekend

We loved this condo! So clean and plenty of space. We had room to park the boat and were able to rinse it with the provided hose. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and the ice machine is also nearby. Easy check out instructions. Can’t wait to stay again!

Another amazing visit at Nick and Colette’s. They have everything you need to enjoy your vacation times at their place, and if they don’t, just ask because odds are they will try to accommodate.

Linda Ann was very kind and accommodating. We were a last minute booking due to hurricane Milton. We were very grateful for the comfy cottage & a place for our dog. A true respite in the storm!!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful views

RV is spectacularly located. Fire-pit, star seeing, the water, the dock. My children had a blast and we went back full of memories. The fact that Ms. Rachel and Mr. Todd were on-site was awesome; responsive and willing to help all time. Even our neighbors were kind and warm.
