Monthly Rentals in Monte Groppo Rosso

Very nice apartment in a discreet and peaceful context. The house is very spacious with the division between living and night area. The kitchen is impeccable and the bathroom is clean. There is also the possibility of the parking space practically below the house and the location is very good considering that in a few minutes you are on the seafront of Rapallo.

I lived in this house for a month. Everything was great. The house has everything you need. I was there in the autumn, the heating works well, it was warm. The owner is very friendly, welcoming, always responsive and helpful. The house is located in the mountains and a narrow mountain road leads to it. But I quickly got used to it.

We spent a week in this small town near Ferriere. The apartment is new , clean and with the necessary amenities. The place was exactly what we were looking for: quiet location, convenient for walks , hiking in the valleys , in the mountains to the river and we went all the way to the sea!!! In the Augustan heat of the city here we slept with the quilt but during the day there was a nice dry and ventilated heat Franco welcomed us with cordiality and discretion. We'll be back !!!

I spent 4 weeks at Elisa's place in Chiavari and it was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach, market, shops, train station. Chiavari is a wonderful town, with lots of shops, great restaurants, a beautiful beach and many things to see and do. It is also well connected by train to other points of interest. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and spacious. All the amenities were provided. Elisa is the most gracious and helpful host. She recommended several towns and locations to visit, that were less touristy and full of charm. She was extremely responsive to questions and very friendly. I will definitely be back!
