Vacation rentals in Monte Groppo Rosso

We stayed two nights in this apartment, 4 people, apartment that fully responded to the reason for traveling to Genoa, just a 5-minute walk from the place where we had to go. Apartment located in a really great location to be able to move around the city, a stone's throw away from the amenities ( Bus and train), great contact with the host, always available and attentive, nice and clean apartment, very comfortable, also great suggestions and information regarding the forni market, etc. I also recommend this apartment to those who want a little tranquility compared to the city center, because it is easy to get around by public transport located very close to the house.

The house is fabulous the views over the valley are exceptional the only negative is the drive up to the villa and indeed the villa driveway was very challenging

We're three adult couples, each with three kids a year. The spacious, tidy and clean structure has allowed us to spend a week in total relaxation and well-being. We were greeted by the keeper Niku, who was available, also offering us vegetables from his garden. The villa is composed on the ground floor: a large, well-decorated living room with fireplace, a dining room with a long wooden table, a half bathroom, and a very large and equipped kitchen with everything you need. The upper floor has two large bedrooms, well isolated from each other with private bathrooms. In the garden there is an annex, used as a bedroom with bathroom. Outside there is a gazebo with a table where you can have breakfast, lunch and be in company looking at the view. Long and comfortable pool. Equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. In conclusion, we found everything in order, cared for and clean. Villa on top of a hill in the vineyards. Despite the heat, the weather was ventilated and cool.

Flaminia is a wonderful host..friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and responded to all our queries immediately . Her apartment is extremely well equipped , spacious and well located. The furnishings are stylish and practical and we felt at home from the outset. It's one of the best airbnb's I've stayed in and hope to stay there again on my next visit to Santa Margherita!

We were received very kindly and extremely helpful right from the start. Mario and his wife are very hospitable and we were very happy about the regional treats we were present to welcome you on the table. The cottage is small but nice, very nice and furnished with Italian charm. We felt very comfortable, the view from the terrace was magnificent. The only thing that was difficult was that we had imagined the apartment bigger based on the photos. The living room was completely filled by the pulled-out couch, which we needed as a bed and could not serve as a living room. We assumed that the large terrace was counted as a living space and so everything was a little smaller than in our imagination. The cottage is ideal for a family of four but not so suitable for individuals or two couples. Also because the lower closet cannot be used as a wardrobe.

The place is well located, in front is a large green area, which was important to us as we are traveling with a dog. There are several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The place was clean and quiet as windows went to the courtyard. With the windows closed, you hardly heard the street. The bathroom was very nice and also the kitchen very well equipped. Lorenzo was a very friendly host and always responded quickly to messages.

The place is beautiful. The view is breathtaking. Everything is spotless the bedding the bed linen the bath towels the kitchen is wonderfully equipped, the quality barbecue, the pizza oven and the hot tub is pure happiness!! When we arrived, we had an excellent aperitif. We had a beautiful and relaxing holiday. If I could, I'll give more stars. Again, thank you for these 10 days .
