Monthly Rentals in Montauk Beach

Had a great stay. Clean space with a beautiful view. Having a fireplace was a nice touch during the winter. Ron was responsive and check in/out was simple. Will definitely be back!

Loved staying at Twin Ponds! Jeanne is great and helped me a lot during my stay. Place was spotless clean and great location. My only complaint was that the bed was quite firm and springy, so it didn’t agree with my chronic back pain. But the place is very special and worth the stay for sure!

Beautiful home- everything appeared brand new and in excellent condition. Courtney was great to communicate with- and kind enough to let us check in a little bit early since the place was open. We are definitely hoping to come back again!

Can’t beat a waterfront view! Taking in Fort Pond for sunrises and sunsets, whether relaxing inside and looking out through the sliding glass doors or sitting outside on the deck, was priceless. Can’t wait to go back!
