House vacation rentals in Monroe Lake

This was an awesome place! Everyone enjoyed staying there. It was in a quiet and private area which was really nice! Jonah was quick to tend to our questions and needs. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

Wonderful woods location. Beautiful deck and patio area. Very remote location. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and clean. Very Spacious house with room for our whole family to be together and separate. We had 6 adults and 4 kids stay here. The pool was closed for the season when we were there, but I am sure this is a great home to vacation in the summer time as well.

Antonia was so very kind and patient as I had a lot of questions bringing my family overnight after an IU game. She was accommodating with an early check if the home was able to get cleaned early, which it was. We appreciated the indoor pool for the kids to enjoy after the game. There was plenty of room and the bedrooms were away from each other for extra privacy with the little ones. We had a great time!

Brian's home was absolutely beautiful and made our group feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Every room was cozy, clean, and perfectly designed to provide the ultimate relaxing getaway. Brian was incredibly responsive to all of my messages and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. There truly wasn't anything more he could have done to improve our experience. We can't recommend this place enough and would love to return in the future!

Pack your clothes and don't concern yourself with anything else. The house was supplied with everything you could possibly imagine. Super comfortable and relaxing. Big spaces for large amounts of people without the feeling of being closed in.

We had a great stay. Tha house was in a great location for us to visit my step son, who's at IU and had so much space for all 6 of us to fit. It was really well furnished with plenty of modern conveniences, and the family loved the table tennis. The family were really happy and would love to stay again in the future.

Jamie was such an easy host to work with for our church’s guest speaker. She was very accommodating and kind to accommodate our request. Highly recommend! And will use her for hosting future guest speakers if dates are available.

What a fabulous place! Exactly as advertised, wonderful nautical decor, comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful. Bill and Becky were excellent hosts, clear communication and instructions! And Captain Bill himself was cleaning up the grounds on a fine Saturday afternoon. I would absolutely return and stay again! 😃

A very peaceful neighborhood and it was the perfect layover during our long road trip. The backyard was amazing and perfect for our pups. We especially appreciate the fact of when saying a fully fenced yard, they actually mean fully fenced which was secure enough for our small dog. The home was spotless and roomy and the host was very responsive.

I wanted to go back to Susan’s place as soon as I drove out of the parking area. My friends and I are already thinking about the next time we can come and visit and to be honest if we could we would book next year’s trip now. We will definitely be coming back but next time we will spend more time in the home, and just relax, read, journal and craft. This place is so perfect I didn’t want to leave. We were so impressed by the details in this home. And we most definitely want to turn this home into our little secluded getaway home.🙂‍↕️🩷 thank you Susan for the amazing place you have created. Its a really good place to stay if you are visiting Bloomington during a busy time and dont want to be ripped off at a local hotel. It is about an $18 Lyft/Uber ride to stadiums/campus/downtown. That way you dont have to worry about parking, driving etc.

Such a perfect little house. Exceptionally clean and exactly as described. Quaint, quiet and centrally located. loved seeing the deer, squirrels and bunnies playing in the yard each day. Highly recommend!

This was our third stay in the last two months. We think this is a great place to stay. Very comfortable with lots of amenities. Chelsea is very accommodating and easy to work with. We will be staying again in the future. In fact, we already have reservations.

Worked out extremely well for us. Near our son and IU Campus so we were perfectly situated. The fenced back yard and ability to have our two dogs with us really helped.

Sabrina’s place was pristine, modern and comfortable. She thought of everything from extra toiletries in the bathroom to utilize to every kitchen accessory you may need. She is extremely responsive and extremely helpful. We have stayed in a few places in Indiana and this was by far our best stay and now our go to!

The Landing Pad was a great place to stay and the airplanes at the airport were a source of constant entertainment for our toddler. Air traffic ceases after about 9:30 pm local time, which is great for getting a good night’s sleep. Kristine was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again.

This house is very nicely done. Open floor plan, nice appliances, everything well done. We were only there for homecoming weekend. This would be a great place to stay for multiple days. Convenient location.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the overall atmosphere and design. Plenty of amenities. It was eclectic and super cozy! This will definitely be our choice whenever visiting Bloomington!

Our stay at the house was amazing. The house is very well appointed and clean and the host is very nice. No issues at all. Close enough to IU campus by car. Residential neighborhood close to Walmart and Kroger. Finished basement with TV and air hockey table. We loved our stay there so will you.

We were a group of college sorority sisters from the early 1970’s - John’s house was a perfect place for us to gather and reminisce! The house had plenty of room for us to sleep and to all be together in larger gathering areas like the living/kitchen area and the dining room! The outside deck and porch both were inviting! We highly recommend the Grandview Getaway!!

My boys and I came out to visit our son who is studying at IU. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative if we were to say negative was in the description it should be noted that the Airbnb sits in the alley behind the main house and the parking spot can be difficult if you have a big SUV because the alley is narrow to maneuver in the spot maybe a bit tricky. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and walkable to Kirkwood. The main street with all the restaurants and souvenir shopping

Beautiful home, close to IU. Prices are high for parents weekend all around, but we would have spent the same amount for three rooms (we were three families) at the Hampton In. So well worth the price to stay here. Everything is new and clean. Extremely comfortable house. Well appointed and decorated. Wes was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
