Absolutely beautiful land surrounding a well built and well appointed. Kitchen is fully functional (dishwasher is one of the portable ones, we didn't bother with it as cooking for two makes for few dishes.) I cooked every meal except one in the kitchen, and made some really great food! This is always a big feature for me as a professional chef. :) The view was incredibly despite the fact that it rained the entire time we were there! We didn't get to meet the famous dog but hopefully on our next visit (which will definitely be a thing) we won't have so much rain. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this listing, except that when I did my morning jog the driveway back up was more steep than it looked in a car! lol

Libby's house was great for a weekend getaway. She helped us work through a couple of snags and was very responsive in helping. The Porthole Inn was a great place for live music and food! short drive in to Bloomington. The Butler winery was down the road and an amazing recommendation!

Love the views from this place! Came here for my 30th birthday party with some friends, we had a great time. Really not far from Nashville, Indiana or Hard Truth Distillery. The lake was so pretty to wake up to and the hot tub was a great bonus. We enjoyed nights around the fire pit and taking the canoe out on the lake. Only negative feedback would be that the party barn is awesome but the path to it is very dark and not well lit at night so make sure to have some flashlights or phones on you. Be careful with the windows as we noticed one of them did not have a lock after the wind picked up causing the window to fall when we had it opened for fresh air. Other then those things it is an amazing place to spend the weekend and would highly recommend!

Cheryl’s Lake Lemon Cottage was a great get-a-way. The cottage was beautiful with plenty of lounging areas and it was decorated so nice. The fresh flowers and rosemary were a sweet touch! There is also a nice view of the lake from the cottage. We had a boat so the dock was very accommodating and Cheryl was very helpful in making sure our trailer was parked safely. The fishing wasn’t good because of murky water and high winds but it was still nice to get out and enjoy the lake on the boat… the beautiful cottage more than made up for the lack of fish :) Thank you! We just returned from wonderful stay at Cameron's Lake Monroe condo. It was a beautiful, golf course location. A family of very tame deer visited us twice a day most days. Cameron's instructions and suggestions were perfect. He checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything. The condo was beautiful and was well-stocked with everything we needed, complete with a delicious "welcome" bottle of Oliver Winery wine. We loved taking long walks around the Eagle Pointe community, eating at fabulous restaurants and enjoying all Bloomington and IU have to offer. Thank you for hosting us, Cameron. We had a great time. Met up with some family from out of state there. It is really close to Brownstown Speedway where we all go every year for the Jackson 100. usually my family stays with me in Indy and we drive down every night. But I wanted to find somewhere with a shorter drive back and forth. We were there 6 days, rained everyday, all racing got canceled and we didn't even care. We had a wonderful time fishing in the rain and just enjoying the views. Very well stocked lakes. Very secluded, absolutely beautiful property. Seen lots of deer. We all agreed we definitely want to do it again next year.

Very beautiful home! One of the most beautiful we ever stayed in Indiana. Interior and exterior of house were perfect. We travel a lot, almost every month and got spoiled with beautiful locations/houses/details. And this house deserved to be one of the best. We love the comfortable furniture, beds and even bed sheets. It was nice to see Christmas tree already set up during thanksgiving week! Kids and us loved it Thank you very much!

The cabin was cozy and nestled deep in the woods. It looks just like the pictures. It was only about 12-minutes from town where there are numerous shops and restaurants. The cabin was clean and furnished just right. It was delightful and we would certainly recommend it to our fellow travelers.

This is a very beautiful place with plenty of privacy and beautiful surroundings. The host "Apolonia" is a very kind, responsive, and understanding host. Unfortunately there was some storm damage from the storms that came through in the days prior to our stay that the host was unaware of. However, when I contacted Apilonia in regards to these issues she was extremely responsive and apologetic. She was very understanding when I vacated my reservation early due to said storm damage and very helpful when it came to me getting a refund for the days I was unable to stay. I hope someday to revisit and get the full enjoyment this place has to offer. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway from the everyday life. It offers beautiful scenery, the cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous and the host is exceptional.

We had a wonderful time at pine ridge. The cabin was super clean and well stocked so we didn’t have to run to grocery store while on vacation. Melissa was very quick to respond to any messages and even informed us of a tornado warning in the area. We can’t wait to come back! The little town of Nashville was so much fun!

This cabin is sooo cute and was perfect for our girls weekend! Squeaky clean and easy check-in and out process. On a quiet little road with no neighbors which felt so quaint! Only “complaints” were the hot tub was smaller than what it looks like in the listing picture and the loft was extremely warm all day and night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hudson Hideaway. Views were amazing and neighborhood was quiet and serene. Shirley was super responsive and helpful and her home was spotless. She really made us feel welcome and even left us a snack basket and several beverages which was a very welcome gift after our long drive. She certainly knows how to make a house a home. We look forward to returning to this community in the future.

Wonderful out-of-the-way country location. Beautiful, scenic property with well equipped accommodations in aged farmhouse. The house had plenty of space for 11 of us to spread out yet also be together in common areas. There is some minor maintenance to be done in the house, but nothing that hampers enjoyment of the overall property and lodging experience. We hope to plan another stay with Tonya during warmer seasons to experience this fun farm in all its splendor. Thanks, Tonya!

Jim and Myra were lovely hosts! Prior to our arrival, they contacted us to ensure that we had everything we needed and provided an open line of communication in case we had any questions or concerns. The house itself was quiet and cozy. It is a short drive from campus and a nice retreat away from the busy game day weekend on campus. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Bloomington.

This is a repeat stay for us. We love staying at the Overlook for our family get togethers. Plenty of room, enough supplies for guests staying and large gathering areas. My husband and I stayed the night in Bloomington for an early procedure at IU Health and it was perfect for the two of us! We brought board games to play and sat by the window with a pretty view of the woods. We saw some eagles which was pretty cool. The unit was very clean and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again in the future.
