Monthly Rentals in Mondello

I think it was important for us at the end of our trip to be here as it was away from the frenetic pace of "Downtown Palermo" (which is where we started out our trip) so it was a real pleasure to have Francesco's place and the area to kick back and enjoy. Yet it was also important to us to be able to walk to some really good restaurants and feel completely safe and at ease also. The only thing we wished was that there was a little more bedroom privacy - we were 2 married women (not to each other!) and having to share 1 bedroom (although there was 1 bed and 1 kids' bunk bed available for us) would have been better for a family (a mom and dad and 2 kids, for example). But the place was great otherwise and Francesco was really very helpful, especially with getting us hooked back up w/our airline, so we could check in the day before and all went smoothly when we arrived at the airport! Great to have parking available too!

The accommodation is very clean, spacious and extremely pleasant for family holidays. It is also very well located, close to the beach and several restaurants and bakeries. Federico and Andrea are responsive and attentive, they gave us many tips and addresses to make our stay easier. We have fond memories of our stay at Federico's and we hope to have the opportunity to come back!

Amazing hosts, willing to show us the neighborhood and give us further instructions on what to see in the heart of Palermo. :) Really responsive and helpful, the place is great, appartment is spotless clean and has everything you need: we went there with a 3yo toddler and a 6mo baby and it was superb. Thank you, we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful town with beautiful beaches. It’s about 15-20 min walk from mondello beach. Agata and her husband were beyond friendly and accommodating and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!!
