Francesco and his wife were adorable, very welcoming and discreet. The accommodation is located in a perfect location on the beautiful Mondello beach. Everything is accessible on foot or by bus, with Palermo 15 minutes away. Francesco and his wife gave us a guided tour of the city. We warmly recommend this listing!

Stefania was an incredible host!! She gave us many recommendations for local restaurants to get the authentic Palermo experience! The beaches nearby were gorgeous. Well worth what we paid, Mondello is a beautiful area. We felt right at home! I wish we could have stayed longer.

The ordered transfer was punctual and safe. Despite the high temperatures outside, the temperature in the apartment was very pleasant. The equipment of the apartment fully met our expectations, consistent with the description, fully functional. Loredana and Sophie are extremely helpful, very hospitable, they are model hosts. The girls quickly, effectively, with a beautiful smile on their face, are able to find a fully satisfactory way out of a difficult situation. We highly recommend you and send our regards. :*:*:*

This was easily my favorite AirBNB stay ever!! The host made and sent a lovely online book of places to visit, things to do, restaurants to try, etc! The place was super clean and felt very safe!

Marilu was absolutely incredible!! She was so responsive and quickly cleaned the place from the people who had stayed there the previous night so that we sound check in early. Not only that, but she let us store our bags there before we could check in officially, and she showed us how everything in the apartment worked! One of the kindest Airbnb hosts I have ever had.

Francesca is a great host! Super nice and friendly. She helped us with our questions and requests. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is very good: everything is within walking distance. Opposite there is a small mini-market: fresh bread, fresh pizza pieces, also very nice people. You can see the sea from the terrace. We were also very pleased with Francesca's shuttle service and the car rental company that recommended us. If we come back to Terrasini, we'd love to stay with Francesca again!

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We all absolutely loved Valeria’s home from the beginning. She is so warm and welcoming. Not overbearing and very helpful. We felt like we were staying with a caring family member. The home is expansive and has a terrific worldliness to it. From the balcony you can watch the world go by and then so easily engage with it. The most beautiful beach across the road. A fantastic gastronomical super deli within a 4 minute walk and a number of good quality restaurants nearby. The people of Mondello are wonderful and I would highly recommend this abode as a base for exploring Palermo and surrounds. We alternated between beach days and exploring days which suited the family perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Thanks so much Valeria and Papa.

Fantastic place for a trip to Palermo. Sitting outside looking over the beach was so lovely. Parking on the street in the evening was easy.

Roberto's villa is breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed as a family of all ages from kids to grandparents and everything was wonderfully thought out. Roberto was there to welcome us and his generosity was unsurpassed from helping with our first shop to local restaurant recommendations, we cannot thank you enough for making it such a wonderful trip! The pool was spotless and the layout great for a big group! The photos do not do this place justice. Would have loved to use the pizza oven, next time for sure...we cannot wait to return xx

We felt very comfortable from the first second. We were greeted in a very friendly manner. Our car could be parked on the house premises. We particularly liked the apartment or suite. We were able to stay very nicely and cozily on a roof terrace above it. If we come back to Palermo, we will gladly ask you again. Thank you for everything.

We had a great week. I recommend it 100%. The house is exactly as described. A quiet place and close to everything at the same time, to visit Palermo or enjoy the surrounding nature. Thanks to Alessandro and his friend Mimmo for their hospitality.

STEFANO's place was so wonderful and the access to the private docks with lifeguards was amazing (and the Mediterranean water was divine). STEFANO was very helpful and kind and I highly recommend his place if you want to have a quiet and private retreat 10 mins from the airport and 20 minutes from Palermo.

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

The place was really great! Only in the small bedroom it was just too stuffy because there was no air conditioning there, and opening the window would have been too loud at night. But otherwise a very nice, spacious place, equipped with everything you need. The 2 terraces were also great! As for the resort itself (Aspra), it must be said that it is unfortunately difficult to get around without a car (but there is a free shuttle a few times a day) and there is little to do there. The beach is very close to the property. It's not particularly nice, but it serves its purpose. I would recommend many day trips, otherwise it is a good place for a detox! :)

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

We wanted to escape the carnival and decided on Sicily. That was pretty naive, because in Italy they obviously celebrate Carnival and Cinisi is a stronghold. 🤡 The apartment is gigantic. It was extremely clean and looks just like the photos. The hairdryer was missing, so one was bought by the landlords and brought over immediately. From Cinisi you can explore the west of the island perfectly and it's a quick hop to the airport. Highly recommend!

Except for parking everything was great. Sometimes events were going on so there was no where to park on our street and we had to park 3 or 4 blocks away on another street.

We had a wonderful stay at Enricos apartment. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to (a family with 2 boys 10 & 13) be very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect with just a short walk to beautiful and affordable bars and restaurants. Panificio Bakery below the apartment was the real Cherry on top when it came to having beautiful fresh pastries for breakfast on the spacious balcony. For those interested in the Culture & History of the Island Enrico provided perfect information of how to get there etc and was always very responsive if we needed a little help via text message. Mondello is an excellent base for a holiday to Sicily with good transport links everywhere. Finding free local parking close to the apartment for our hire car was easy. We give Enrico & his apartment 10/10 for everything and would definitely use it again. Thank you, Enrico, for everything.

Great apartment right next to the train station and also a quick walk to the coast. Santo was great at providing advice on where to go and what to see.

place felt right away like a home, it has fantastic location and is walkable from beautiful beach of confront. Giuseppe and Julie are very helpful with any questions and help. I highly recommend to sstay and be part of their home.
