Have a great weekend away at the lovely swallows cottage located in beautiful countryside with stunning views. Lots of guides to help plan your trip and John and Lynette were on hand to provide local advice. There is lots of local walks and great places to visit in Devon. Highly recommend a stay here due to its easy access and central location to North Devon. Will look to return in the future.

Myself and my children just wanted a night away from home, I booked it around 12pm same day and arrived around 4pm. I'm very bad with sat navs etc but she described it so well I was able to find it old style just going off her descriptions. Upon arrival I lost the children straight away to the pigs that was directly behind us and lost my dog to their farm dog who happily played for ages. we got in and settled and is such a cosy and warm atmosphere. everything you need including cooker, dvd, board games and books! then we had a visit from the goats so they and the pigs had a few health treats and strokes. I had another visit from Mr farm dog who happily hung out for a while. nothing negative about our stay just unfortunately missed our chance of seeing the donkeys but it wasn't the best grounding for them with the weather so understandable. No noise either for a working farm so its peaceful. overall we would happily stay again.

Victoria's place was perfect, great location and perfect for the dogs, very clean and cozy, had everything we needed and more, lots of pots and pans and silverware, bed was comfy and warm, its outside of Tiverton and a bit of a trek back and forth and we wasn't aware of that, as it said Tiverton on the ad, but we will definitely be back and I don't have one bqd thing to say, three thumbs up 👍 thank u,

Our first time here but would highly recommended this lovely little place. Definitely feels like a home away from home and it’s such a beautiful and clean and well equipped cottage. The views are amazing and is in a great location to visit lots of lovely places. We also thoroughly enjoyed our scones on arrival - thank you!
