Clean and comfortable granny flat. Great value; great location, close to airport, trains, Tonkin Hwy. Makes it easy to get to city, Freo, Midlands, Guilford etc. by public transport or car. Stayed a week so the washing machine came in handy.

We stayed at The Studio two years ago and returned last weekend as we felt like it was a 'home away from home' and we enjoyed Caroline's hospitality so much. We loved the surroundings and how cosy The Studio was. It had everything we needed for a weekend. It was lovely sitting in the garden having breakfast and an afternoon cup of tea. We had some great chats with Caroline, she is such a welcoming lady and we really enjoyed her company. The Studio is not far from town. Toodyay is a great little bustling place with lots of little places to buy gifts and chat with the locals. We would highly recommend The Studio for anyone looking for great value for money in lovely peaceful surroundings.

I had the most relaxing experience from the moment I arrived at Fettlers Crossing to the moment I left. Wendy and her husband have a lovely, easy going nature, which is a true reflection of the beautiful environment. The location is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, with freedom to wander amongst with the tranquil sounds of nature with trees for days and plants for weeks! I couldn’t believe it was only 45 minutes from Perth! I’ll definitely be back ✨
