My husband, a very fussy person, reminded to rate 5 star for Tim’s place. He wish we could have the same set up at home so that our kids will be so busy and us parents can have more time for ourselves. Tim is very detailed from the different towels color for different room and the house has everything we need. Well-worth the money! We have a great time here. Definitely keep his place in mind for our next holiday. Thanks Tim

The house was in a great location- quiet and close to a walking trail near Margaret river. Loved the colourful birds that came to the garden. It was a 5 minute drive to the shops and town centre. We found it a very convenient place to go touring around the region. Highly recommended!

We had such a great time at this house in the heart of Margaret River. The place has a really good vibe-calm, peaceful, and full of good energy. The interior is beautiful and cozy, with thoughtful details that make it feel like home. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The host was very responsive and kind, all her recommendations of local places to visit were perfect and didn’t disappoint. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We felt relaxed and happy the whole time. Would definitely come back.

This is a great little place. Katherine has thought of so many things to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The neighbourhood is quite and very walkable. The Southwest is great place to visit with so many sights and attractions and Capel isn't too far from any of them. On the downside while having an electronic door and code means no keys to lose/misplace but 9 digits to remember seems excessive. Also would recommend an undersink water filter as the chlorine was quite strong at times & possibly a flyscreen on the front door. Otherwise highly recommend!

Staying in Dunsborough at Janette’s house for the second time we loved it so much the first time. Place was exactly the same, so easy to setup and live like you’re at home. Good kitchen and bathrooms, washer and dryer are such a positive, particularly when staying for a week! Lovely quiet street and easy to drive to all the local area. Less than 5 min to Coles, coffee, liquorland and shops. Bunker Bay is our favourite beach and it’s less than a 15 min drive. We left already thinking of when we’ll be coming back! Our kids loved the space and a peaceful neighbourhood. Janette made check in and leaving a breeze and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend! 😊

We stayed for my friend’s 40th birthday girls’ getaway! We loved this quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of home. We enjoyed the peaceful natural surroundings, the nearby walk trail, and we just loved the clean, cosy and inviting home! It was the perfect place to spend a quiet weekend away eating, drinking, and resting! Great location near restaurants and bars too! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Amazing place to stay and done to such a high standard. Location was great…so close to the beach and nearby towns of Vasse and Dunsborough, Chelsea is a great host and was really responsive and helpful. One downside was the construction next to the property. Whilst it was noted on the booking at the start, work has carried on longer than expected/advertised. Appreciate that this may be out of the hosts control, but being woken up some early mornings by the sound of construction work wasn’t ideal. Nonetheless, property was amazing and would highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, cozy, and incredibly accommodating — it instantly felt like home. The backyard was a standout: lush, green and peaceful, with a beautiful deck that made for the perfect spot to relax. Our dog absolutely loved it too, especially the evening visits from the local possums! A truly welcoming and comfortable space — we’ll definitely be back.

Wow! This was such a beautiful home to host our Magaret River getaway. This elegantly styled home creates such an inviting and warm base for your stay. Each gorgeous bedroom is snuggly appointed with luxurious linens and no expense is spared on the cuddly towels. The delightful and stunning garden is a lovely space to unwind after a long day of touristing, chilling below the beautiful boughs of the gorgeous trees. With direct rear access adjacent to an expansive parkland it’s perfect as a dog friendly stay. The spacious family and super comfortable media rooms are also fantastic spaces for either connecting together for family games and conversations or entertainment. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again. 5 stars all around!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and equipped with everything needed. A kitchen full of utensils and even oil to cook with. They had left 3 jugs of water in the fridge for us so we had a nice cold refreshment when we arrived. I loved the little owl teddy. We found him in the pantry and hid him back in a great spot. The sauna was lovely and it was a very tranquil stay. We did hear an animal jumping around on the roof both nights which I would be curious to know what it was. Maybe a possum? I have no idea but it was quite interesting. We saw some cute kangaroos and lovely birds as well! Great place to stay, I would recommend to a friend planning a stay at Margaret River. Just a 10 min drive from the main town as well.

It is set up so well for enjoying the sights and sounds of nature around you as well as the proximity to a great white sand beach for swimming, taking walks and just hanging-- all was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to kick back for a few days; we definitely didn't want to leave.

Joshuas place was easy to find and the key pad lock on the door made it the easiest air b n b we have stayed in. The place was absolutely immaculate and we had everything we needed for our families stay. The kayaks were a bonus. Only 5 minute walk to the beach and a lovely kiddies pool/ park. Location was a little out of town but we didnt expect Bussleton to be that far wide, but saying that it was so peaceful. We would absolutely love to stay again.
